Here’s a recipe for my great pork sandwich!
First put relish on two slices of bread. Then cut up one onion. Put the onion on the bread. Next, add two slices of fried pork. Finally put two teaspoons of butter on the turkey.
Step5 Listening and drawing
Student A, look at page 83 please. Student B, look at page 84 please. Tell your partner how to make a sandwich with the ingredients in your list. Listen and draw the sandwich your partner describes.

Look at the picture.
It is our famous Chinese food, Beijing duck. Do you know how to make it?(Ask the students to talk about it.) Then write it down.
First, check you have all the ingredients. You need green onion and sauce. Next take a pancake. Next put slices of duck, sauce and onion into the pancake. Then roll the pancake. And finally you can eat it.
