发电机换油操作G/E oil change operation
1. 电机‘C’油换 ‘A’油操作‘C’oil change to‘A’oil operation
（1）为了避免高压油泵咬死，以每分钟小于2°C的速度将燃油减温到110°C。 In order to protect hight pressure pump， lower the ‘C’oil temperature to 110°C under 2°C/min.
（2）检查柴油日用柜液位，确定653V和 430VE两阀开启。Check the lever of diesel service tank,ensure the 653v and 430VE open.
（3）确定燃油压力正常后，缓慢关闭430VD。Close the 430VD gradually after oil pressure normal.
（4）确定转换完成后，关闭燃油加热器的蒸汽阀。Close the stem valve of the stem heater after valve change complete.
2电机‘A’油换‘C’油操作。‘A’oil change to‘C’oil operation
（1）燃油加热到115°C，不要超过15°C /min.开启430VD
Heating‘C’oil to 115°C under 15°C/min.open 430VD.
(2) 确定燃油压力和温度正常后，缓慢关闭430VE和653V。Make sure pressure and temperature in good order. Open valve 430VE and 653V gradually.
（3）设定G/E燃油粘度控制的值为：12-13。Setting the viscosity to 12-13.

主机换油操作M/E oil change operation
1.主机‘C’油换 ‘A’油操作‘C’oil change to‘A’oil operation
（1）检查柴油日用柜液位，确定653V和701VB两阀开启备用。Check the lever of diesel service tank . Makesure 653V and 701VB open .
（2）为了避免高压油泵咬死，以每分钟小于2°C的速度缓慢降下油温。In order to protect hight pressure pump， lower the ‘C’oil temperature under 2°C/min.
（3）减车至主机负荷低于50%油温至110°C时在机舱控制室按下‘DO’按钮，现场确定三通阀作动，控制室M/E EUEL OIL CHANGE ‘DO’指示灯会亮。When M/E load under 50% and oil temperature in 110°C ， press‘DO’ push button in ECC , makesure three way valve action in local. This tim the light of M/E EUEL OIL CHANGE ‘DO’ will bright.
（4）确定使用‘A’油后，将蒸汽加热阀关闭。When‘A’ oil arrived close the stem valae .
2主机‘A’油换‘C’油操作。‘A’oil change to‘C’oil operation
（1）加热‘A’油到65°C .Heating ‘A’oil to 65°C .
（2）主机负荷不超过75%。The load of M/E under 75% .
（3）缓慢加热‘C’油温度，不要超过每分钟15°C ，大约115°C 时转换成粘度自动控制。Heating‘C’oil gradually under 15°C/min ,when 115°C arrived change viscosity control to automatic control .
（4）在机舱控制室按下‘HFO’按钮，现场确定三通阀作动，控制室M/E EUEL OIL CHANGE‘HFO’ 指示灯会亮。Press ‘HFO’ push button in ECC,makesure three way valve action in local. This tim the light of M/E EUEL OIL CHANGE ‘HFO’ will bright.
