Soil Extract(土壤提取液)配置方法
取花园土未施过肥0。5kg置于烧杯或三角瓶中,加入蒸馏水1000毫升,瓶口用透气塞封口,在水浴中沸水加热2小时,冷却数小时,在无菌条件下过滤,取上清液,将灭菌蒸馏水加入上清液至总体积1000毫升。土壤提取液保存在4ºC备用。
