本文从兴弘昌物资进销存管理现状为背景， 说明了物资进销存管理在企业中 的重要性，运用在专业课中学习到的信息管理系统开发的理论与技术知识，分析 它的业务流程、数据流程，并且对系统的概念模型和逻辑模型进行设计，采用比

较流行的 C#语言，Windows XP、SQL Server2005、Visual Studio 2008 为开发
环境，开发了兴弘昌物资进销存管理系统，本系统采用 C/S 结构模型通过计算机
局域网对公司进销存业务数据实现同步管理，以求降低企业管理成本，提高其经
济效益。
