1. 概述 summarization
1.1. 本公司生产的DEL系列皮带秤是新一代块状物料计量产品。系统采用给料机喂料、计量的工作方式, 配以进口变频调速器、高精度的称重传感器和测速传感器 ,可实现准确计量、适时调节(调速范围5~50Hz)。
The DEL series belt weigher made by Anri Co is new age product for measuring-calculating block material. The system adopts the mode of feeding, measuring-calculating by the weigher. Equip import inverter, high-precision weighing sensor and velocity sensor, can implement exact measuring-calculating, timing adjusting (velocity adjusting range: 5~50Hz).
1.2. 控制部份采用德国西门子公司的S7200 PLC为核心,配以汉化文本显示,全中文人机界面,操作简单易学,可靠性高。
The S7-200 PLC made by Siemens, Germany is adopted as the controller, Chinese text indication, Chinese HMI, operation is easy and stability is high.
2. 工作原理 Theory
块状物料经过定量给料机的皮带拖动,物料的重力作用于荷重传感器上,荷重传感器将所受力的大小转为电信号输出至PLC的模拟量输入模块,同时电机旋转的速度也通过测速传感器输出至PLC的高速脉冲测量端口,PLC通过模数转换和高速脉冲测量将重量和速度的转化为数字量,经过运算处理得出当时的瞬时流量,并根据用户设定的给定量,计算二者差值,再经PID算法,输出控制值经模拟量输出模块转换成标准电信号去控制定量给料机的变频器,改变其转速,从而最终达到给定流量与瞬时流量跟踪的最佳控制效果。
The block material is transported by the belt of the weigher, the material act on the weighing sensor, the weighing sensor change the weight to electric signal and output it to the AI input module of PLC. At that time, the rotation velocity of motor is outputted to high speed pulse measure port of PLC by the velocity sensor, PLC changes the weight and velocity signal to numeral variable, via calculating, processing to get moment flow rate, and calculate the difference according to the setting from user, and then calculate the output at PID mode to output the control signal which is changed to standard electric signal by the AO module of PLC to control the inverter of the weigher, change the velocity, thus implement the moment flow rate closely follow the setting.

4. 控制仪操作描述 Operation description for the controller
4.1. 系统通电后,显示屏进入初始化过程,此时不要按任何按钮,待初始化结束后屏幕自动进入主画面。
After power on, the display screen will indicate the initial process, at this time, don’t press any button, when the initial process finish, the main screen will be automatically indicated on the screen.
4.2. 系统的功能界面有主画面(Main)、标定(Calibration)、参数(Parameters)、控制方式(Controll Mode)、IO监控(IO Monitor)、校零(Tare),按“ESC”键后出现各画面名称,通过上下方向键和“Enter”选择。
The function screen of the system consists of main screen, parameter 1, parameter 2, control mode, I/O monitor, tare, after pressing the ESC button, the screen names will occur, then use the UP/Down, and Enter button to select them.
4.3. 在各人机界面中,按上下键切换本功能界面的每一屏,要修改数据时,按“Enter”键结合上下键进行修改。
In each HMI, press the Up/Down button to change the every screen of the function interface, and also can press the Enter and Up/Down button to modify the data.
4.4. 各功能界面分别介绍如下:
The function interface description as follows:
4.4.1 主画面:主画面分三屏显示,分别显示定量给料机工作的给定流量(P)、瞬时流量(I)、重量(Q)、速度(V)和累计量(Z)。在主画面下,“F3”键累计量清零;当处于“本机控制”方式下时,“F1”键启动定量给料机,“F2”键停止定量给料机;当处于“自动控制”方式下相应的按键无效。
Main screen: there are 3 screens for the main screen, to respective indicate the setting (P), moment flow rate (I), weight (Q ), velocity (V) and amount (Z). In the main screen, the adding up can be set to 0 by pressing the F3 button. Under local control mode, press F1 button to start, press F2 button to stop. Under auto mode, these buttons will not be available.
l 给定流量(P):显示当前的流量设定值,在“本机控制”方式下,可以按“Enter”键,通过上下键修改;当在“自动控制”方式下,显示中控的给定流量值,此时通过键盘修改无效。
Setting (P): indicate current flow rate setting, under local control mode, press Enter and Up/Down to modify. Under auto control mode indicating the setting which can not be modified is given by remote.
l 瞬时量(I):显示当前瞬时流量值。
Moment flow rate(I): indicating the value of the moment flow rate.
l 重量(Q):显示定量给料机皮带上的物料重量。
Weight(Q): indicating the weight of material on the belt within measuring area.
l 速度(V):显示定量给料机的皮带线速度。
Velocity(V): indicating the line velocity of the transporting belt.
l 累计量(Z):设备运行时所下物料的累计重量。
Amount(Z)t: the added up weight of the material during the equipment running.
4.4.2 参数(Parameters):显示本控制仪工作所需的各个参数:
Parameter: indicating the needed parameters for the controller work:
l P01流量系数:用于修正称的实际流量与系统的显示流量的偏差,通过挂码标定或实物标定计算得出,不能随意修改。
P01 (FlowRate Coefficient): to use correct the difference between the real flowrate and the indicated one by the system, it can calculated by weight calibrating or material calibrating, don’t allow to modify optionally.
l P02额定量程:表示本定量给料机的最大量程。
P02(Nominal FlowRate): max. range of the proportioning machine.
l P03重量系数:用于修正秤的实际带面物料重量与系统的显示重量的偏差。
P03 (Weight Coefficient): to use correct the difference between the real weight of the material on the belt and the indicated one by system.
l P04重量零点:表示定量给料机带面无物料时的重量采样值。
P04(Tare): the sampled value of weight when no load on the belt.
l P05皮带一周时间:定量给料机在额定速度下皮带转一周的时间。
P05(Belt Circuit Time): rotating time of belt for a cycle.
l P06荷重传感器量程:荷重传感器的额定量程值。
P06(L/C Rated CAP.): rated range of the weighing sensor.
l P07输出脉冲单位:累计脉冲的单位。
P07(OutPut Pluse Unit): adding up pulse unit.
l P09输出脉冲宽度:累计脉冲的脉宽。

l P10 称量段:定量给料机有效称量段长度。

l P11速度系数:控制仪计算定料给料机皮带线速度的参数,速度(m/s)=速度采样值÷速度系数。

l P12(Kp):PID运算中的P参数值。

4.4.3 控制方式:本控制仪既可以可以本机控制,也可以有中控控制,控制方式的选择就通过修改“控制方式”的值来改变。值=0:表示本机控制;值≥1:表示中控控制。
Control mode: the controller can run at local control mode or remote control mode, set the control mode to 0 as local mode, set the control mode not less 1 as remote mode.
4.4.4 I/O监控:显示AI、AO及频率计数器的当前值。
I/O Monitor: indicating the current value of the AI, AO and frequency counter.
4.4.5 校零Tare
l 正常工作中,定量给料机空载(皮带上无物料)时的重量采样值作为皮重,在重量采样中减去,校零就是在定量给料机空载时采集重量信号进行处理而计算得出皮重。详细操作在调试与标定中叙述。
During normal running, the sampled weight value will be as the tare when there is no material on the belt, the tare will be got by processing and calculating the sampled weight signal when no load on the weigher. The detail operation will be described in the clause Commissioning and Calibration.
l 标定:标定功能是用来修正控制仪的计量与实际物料的计量之间的偏差,详细操作在调试与标定中叙述。
Calibration: the calibration function is used for modifying the difference between the measured value by controller and the reality material value, the detail operation will be described in the clause Commissioning and Calibration.
5. 安装与调试 Installation and commissioning
5.1. 安装 Installation
5.1.1 定量给料机可根据安装示意图进行安装,要注意以下几点:
The quantifying weigher can be installed according to the sketch map, and should notice the following points:
l 定量给料机应安装在有足够强度的平台上,水平安装;
The proportioning machine should be level installed on a platform whose intensity is enough.
l 连接料仓的下料口法兰面必须是水平状态,下面两边边缘沿皮带运行方向有向上倾斜的角度;
The flange interface of feeding opening connected with bunker must be level, and the two side edge along the running direction of belt should be slantwise to up.
l 定量给料机安装平台必须稳定无震动。
The platform for installing the proportioning machine must be stable and no jolt.
5.1.2 控制仪出厂时已安装在电气控制柜中,安装时可根据实际情况安装在电气控制室或现场安装,注意:
The controller has been installed in electric control cabinet before out of factory, the cabinet can be installed in the control chamber or spot according to real condition, notice:
l 在现场安装时应避免露天安装,防止阳光直照或雨淋。
If the cabinet is installed in the spot, the sunlight and rain should be considered to prevent.
l 控制仪与定量给料机连接的动力线和信号线必须分开,平行距离要≥30mm,有条件的可分别铺设金属套管以屏蔽电磁干扰,信号线屏蔽层、控制柜、必须可靠接地, 接地电阻≤4Ω。
The power and signal cable for connecting the controller and weigher should keep over a distance of 30mm, it is expect to equip metal casing pipe for the cable to shield the interfering of electromagnetism. The shielding end of cable and control cabinet must be connected with ground unfailingly, the grounding resistance should be less 4Ω.
5.1.3 机械和电气部分安装完成后,根据图纸铺设电缆和接线。
After finishing the installation for mechanical and electric equipment, the cable laying and connection need to be done according to the drawing.
5.2. 调试commissioning
定量给料机正常使用前必须进行调试,调试按照以下步骤:
The machine has to be adjusted before using, the commissioning should be done according to the following steps:
5.2.1 通电检查check before power on
根据图纸进行对电气接线进行检查,检查供电电源是否正确,检查确认无误后方能通电。通电后观察控制仪、变频器等显示是否正常,如有异常情况应及时检查原因并排除。
To check the electric connection according to drawing and power supply, switch on after checking finish and ok, then inspect if the display of the controller, inverter are normal or not, if there is problem need to find reason in time and eliminating.
5.2.2 试车运转 trial run
各部分检查无误后进行空载试运转,观察定量给料机的运转情况(运转方向、皮带张紧度、皮带跑偏、电动机电流等),发现问题及时排除。在试运转过程中,可计算出皮带的额定线速度、皮带运转一周时间等输入控制仪中
After checking and ok start to run at no load condition, observe the running condition of machine (running direction, belt tension, belt deviation and the current of motor etc.) , if problem find need to eliminate in time, during trial running, the rated line speed of belt and the belt running time for a cycle can be calculated and be entered to controller.
5.2.3 校零 tare
在皮带空载的情况时,调整传感器的压杆螺丝,给予传感器一定的预压力,通过控制仪的I/O监控功能观察重量采样值在3000左右即可。进入“校零”功能菜单,按“F1”键自动开始校零。校零时间开始倒计时,当时间会到0时,校零结束,控制仪自动计算出重量零点,在校零过程中,按“F2”键可中断校零. 进行校零操作时,螺旋计量称必须在运行状态
When no load on the belt, adjust the screw bolt act on the top of the sensor to make pre-pressure which the sampled value shown on in I/O monitor screen of the controller should be about 3000. Entering tare function menu, press F1 button to start the taring. The calibration timer begin to down time, when the time is 0, tare complete, the controller will auto calculate the weight zero, during taring, can press F2 button to interrupt the taring. Performing the taring, the screw weighing machine has to run.
5.2.4 标定calibration
校零结束后,进行标定,标定分为砝码标定和实物标定。
Tare finished, perform the calibration (weight or material calibration)
l 砝码标定:在定量给料机上通过标定杆挂上一定重量的砝码,进入挂码标定功能界面,按“F1”键控制仪自动启动定量给料机运行。等运转平稳后,按“F3”控制仪开始进行流量和累计量运算,同时标定时间开始计时,运转一段时间后可按“F4”停止流量和累计量运算。
Weight calibration: put weights that the weight is known on the calibration pole of the machine, come into weight calibration function screen, the controller will auto start the machine running by pressing the F1 button. After running is stable, by pressing the F3 button the controller will begin to calculate the flow rate and amount, simultaneity the calibration timer begins to time, after run for a period of time, the calculation of flow rate and amount can be stopped by pressing F4 button.
⑴ 等定量给料机运行稳定后,测量皮带运行一周时间,计算出当前的实际流量:
When the running of machine is stable, measure the belt running time for a cycle, then calculate the current real flow rate:
I1=G×L÷T÷L0 (Kg/s)
其中G:含标定杆在内的砝码总重量(Kg);
L:皮带周长(m);
T:皮带运行一周时间(s);
L0:定量给料机有效的称量段(m)。
G: the weight both calibration pole and the weights (Kg)
L: the girth of belt (m)
T: belt running time for a cycle
L0: effective weighing segment of the machine
⑵通过控制显示累计量除以标定所用的时间计算出显示的平均流量I2,计算误差:
By controlling the indicated average flow rate (I2) that can be calculated by using the time used for calibration divide the indicated amount, the deviation can be got.
Δ=(I1-I2)÷I1×100%
若|Δ|符合精度要求,标定结束,否则修正流量系数:
If Δ meet the requirement of precision, the calibration finish, otherwise need to correct flowrate coefficient.
新流量系数=(I1÷I2) ×原流量系数,将新流量系数替换原流量系数,重复上述⑴~⑵步骤。
New flow rate coefficient = (I1÷I2) × old flow rate coefficient, then replace the old flow rate coefficient with new flow rate coefficient, do the calibration again according to above steps.
标定结束,按“F2”停止定量给料机的运行。
Calibration finish, press F2 button to stop the machine.
l 实物标定:实物标定是称量经过定量给料机计量的物料的实际重量与控制仪所显示的累计重量进行比较,来验证定量给料机的计量准确性的标定方法,并根据偏差修正流量系数。
Material calibration: the calibration is to compare the real weight of material via the machine and displayed one by the controller to correct the flowrate coefficient according to the got difference. This is used to verify the measuring veracity of the weigher system.
在实物标定开始前,现场必须准备好接物料的工具、称量物料的称等,现场打扫干净,准备工作结束之后启动定量给料机开始下料,在现场同时接料,下料过程中屏幕显示当前的瞬时流量、重量、速度、累计量等实时数据,等累计到一定重量时停止下料,现场开始称量所接的物料的重量得出实际重量值Z1,根据控制仪显示的累计重量值Z2计算误差:
The balance for weighing material and the relative tools for storing the material should be prepared before starting material calibration, the spot should be cleaned, then start the conveyor to transport material, at that time encase the material to tool, the screen will indicate the data of current moment flowrate, weight, velocity, amount etc., Waiting for weight of material reaches expected value to stop material transportation, then weigh the collected material to get the real value of weight (Z1), then calculate the error according to the indicated weight amount (Z2).
Δ=(Z1-Z2)÷Z1×100%
若|Δ|符合精度要求,标定结束,否则修正流量系数:
If Δ meet the requirement of precision, the calibration finish, otherwise need to correct flowrate coefficient.
新流量系数=(I1÷I2) ×原流量系数,将新流量系数替换原流量系数,重新再做一遍实物标定,直到误差达到要求。
New flow rate coefficient = (I1÷I2) × old flow rate coefficient, then replace the old flow rate coefficient with new flow rate coefficient, then redo the material calibration until the deviation meet the requirement.
进行实物标定时要注意:开始下料后现场接料时必须将所下的物料全部接好,不能漏,下料时尽可能多下些料,让系统稳定运行时间比较长一点,这样可减少启动停止时的波动。在称量实际物料时要细致,最大限度地减少人为误差。
Notice for calibrating: all material should be collected after starting, should not be leakage, it is expect to get more material and longer running time, this can reduce wave motion of material. Should be carefully during performing calibration for avoiding make deviation by operator.
在挂码标定和实物标定中,按“F5”键对累计和标定时间清零。
Pressing F5 button can reset the amount and calibration time during calibration.
6. 使用维护 use / maintenance
DEL/DEM型定量给料机在恶劣的条件下能长期工作,这是由设计保证的,但是必要的维护与保养能使设备稳定地工作在最佳状态,延长使用寿命给用户带来更大的经济效益,从以下几个方面注意:
The DEL/DEM quantifying weigher can run in worse condition for long term, but the maintenance to equipment for keeping stable well running state and prolong using age is necessary, the followings should be noticed:
6.1. 要经常清扫输送皮带内外存在的粉尘和杂物,可以延长输送皮带的寿命和提高计量精度。
To often clean the dust and mess outside/inside of the transporting belt to prolong the use life of belt and improve the precision.
6.2. 要经常清扫十字簧片上的灰尘,防止杂物卡住,保证称量框架的灵活。
