1. Ask and answer between the teacher and students. The teacher asks some questions to let students introduce their family members to the class
2. Work in groups.Let students talk about their family members in groups

1. Teach the new words using pictures or objects Classify the new words.Lead to the concept of countable nouns and uncountable nouns.
2. Make dialogs between the teacher and students. Suppose the teacher invites some students to dinner. Use the words that have just been learned and create a real scene to learn the new words and phrases
3. Show the picture in 1a Ask students to look at it and listen to the tape, then answer the question

1. Let students listen to 1a again and pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation. Then let them imitateand read after the tape
