倍数表达法
1.This new room is four times as big as the old one.
2.This new room is four times bigger than the old one.
3.This new room is four times the size of the old one.
倍数的表达常用以下四种句型：
(1)A is...times＋adj./adv.的比较级＋than B
This bridge is three times longer than that bridge. 这座桥比那座桥长三倍。
(2)A is...times as＋adj./adv.的原级＋as B
This bridge is four times as long as that one. 这座桥是那座桥的四倍长。
(3)A is...times the size/length/width/height/depth＋of＋B
This room is three times the size of that one. 这间房间的大小是那间的3倍。
(4)A＋v.＋...times＋as many/much＋n.＋as B
The car factory has produced twice as many new cars as it did last year.这个汽车厂今年的产量是去年的2倍。
We had four times as much work to do as they did，but we finished ours much earlier.
我们的工作量是他们的4倍，但我们依然提早完成了。
