 Step 2: welcome to the unit
1， Ask one student to read the  phrases in the word box at the top of page 23.

Let the Ss learn the grammar of the words:complain,need and help.
plaint: 不+可数名词“抱怨”；可数名词“抱怨的行动或话，投诉”    complain: 动词：complain to sb about sth。
1.The students complain the teacher about too much homework.
2，need :(1)情态动词，往往用于否定形式，Eg,You needn't hand in the homework after classs.(2)行为动词，后面跟不定式， eg,The children need to work hard at school.

3,help:(1)help sb (to)do sth.(2) help sb with sth
