Unit 7 How much are these socks?
教材分析:
本单元的中心话题是购物,主要语言功能项目是谈论服装,询问价格和表示感谢,语法结构为:How much 引导的问句及回答,名词单、复数的使用和指示代词这、那、这些、那些的用法。语言技能和语言知识几乎都是围绕着中心话题来展开的。
学情分析:
七年级学生进入初中学习生涯初期,他们仍具有小学生的特性,同时又处于青春期。他们一方面渴望得到老师的尊重和肯定,另一方面又缺乏自控力。绝大多数学生对英语很感兴趣,乐于参加各种英语实践活动。
教学设想:
本单元的话题来源于生活,立足这一点,充分利用学生已有的知识和生活经验,创设生活化的真实情景,引导学生在语言学习中学习语言,然后再创造性的使用。给学生设定购物的场景,让学生自己设计在这一场景中发生的对话,要求学生将所学知识运用到日常情景交际中,并鼓励学生自己设计贴近生活的小短剧,并敢于表演。
Topic: Ask about prices.
Functions: 1. 能够就衣服的价格进行问答 (Ask about prices)

Step 1 : Building up self-confidence.

Step 2 : Warming up by a game.
(目的是复习有关clothes 和color的词汇 )
Have the students stand and tell them if you say something that they are wearing, they can be seated. Start off by saying a piece of clothing that only one or a few students are wearing, eg: red shoes, black hats. Continue the game until all students are seated.
Step 3 : Dictation.

Step 4 : Leading-in!
Have a teacher’s bag and tell the students I like it very much.
I want to buy one but I don’t know if I have enough money.

Step 5 : Explanation of the sentence pattern.

学生们提供很多实物,如衣服,帽子,包包等,将教室布置成一个商场。学生 分别扮演角色,如售货员,店主,模特,招财猫等,六组分别上台进行情景表 演,从而练习本节课的重点句型(如何询问价格)。在每组学生表演结束后, 由其他同学提出并指正所存在的错误或不恰当的地方,及时评价,教师给予补 充。

本堂课的话题接近学生实际生活,所以学生们兴趣浓厚。而且学生课前预习充分,课堂重点掌握起来比较轻松。尤其是在情景表演环节,学生们可谓是非常认真,不管是店员还是顾客,都能很好的运用本节课的重点句型,模特们更是精心装扮,扮演的非常到位,并且非常具有创新意识,比如有学生扮演招财猫。
本堂课课堂气氛活跃,学生态度积极,能够将当堂课的知识点运用到实际生活中,可谓是真正做到了学以致用。本堂课的另一亮点是全班43名学生全部参与到课堂中来,真正成为了课堂的主人。本堂课的唯一不足之处是时间安排欠佳,前面的引导环节时间过长,导致后面时间比较紧张,没有进行当堂习题的练习。
