1、Lesson 9:Dannys School Project一、教学分析学生情况:教学对象是七年级学生,他们学习英语有较强的记忆力和模仿能力,有较强的求知欲和表现欲,但部分学生存在不自信,羞于表现等思想顾虑,但又希望能得到他人的肯定。新课程理念指出亲自实践、自主探索、合作交流是学生学习的主要方式。因此,在教学活动中尽可能多的让学生参与到活动中来,有更多的机会来说英语,减少他们的恐惧感;有一些学习困难生由于基础薄弱,缺少丰富的语言基础,对某些任务的完成有一定的难度,教师可采取小组奖励的办法,通过学生间的合作学习,促进小组成员之间的互帮互学,鼓励小组中的优秀成员主动帮助学习困难生,培养学生的团队意
2、识。提高他们综合运用语言的能力,让他们都能体验到成功的喜悦,使各层次的学生都有所收获。教学内容:Lesson 9 Passage and Exercises。教学目标:通过本课的学习,让学生能够熟练掌握一般过去时,并利用其做口头报告来介绍某位名人的生平。教学重点:1.掌握词汇:describe, build, ago, army, clay, soldier, important, tool, desert, more, realize, a long time ago, try ones best, look like, well done, a little bit, makefrom.2
3、.能正确运用一般过去时和一般现在时来描述某一名胜古迹和动物。教学难点:1.熟练、正确的将动词的一般过去时转化为动词原形,并熟练掌握动词的不规则变化。2.用英语确切的描述某一事物,让他人能准确猜到。二、教学目标: 语言知识: (1)学习和掌握本节课重点词汇。(2)熟练掌握动词原形和一般过去式的互换。(3)掌握如何用一般过去时准确地介绍动物和名胜古迹,并能让其他人猜出。语言技能:通过本课的学习培养学生综合运用语言的能力,有效提高学生听说读写的能力,令其掌握熟练自如地介绍某一事物的技能。情感态度:通过本课的学习,让学生更加了解祖国的动物资源和名胜古迹,增加学生的民族自豪感,培养他们的爱国主义精神。学
4、习策略:复述课文、听力练习、组内展示、个人展示和写作练习。三、教学准备 教师准备多媒体课件、 中国的名胜古迹、动物图片。学生准备中国的名胜古迹、最喜爱的动物的图片及相关信息四、教学步骤Step 1 Revision (about 5 min)1. Have diction: Teacher speaks Chinese meanings; students write down the English words and expressions they learnt yesterday.2. Retelling: Let some students retell the passage of
5、 Lesson 8 sentence by sentence and make students try to retell the whole passage together.【设计思路】:通过听写和复述课文来让学生回顾上节课所学,巩固学习成果。Step 2 Presentation (about 15 min)1. Present the new words of this lesson and match the words with the correct meanings.2. Listen to the tape: The first time, write down the n
6、ame of the place of interest.3. Listen again: finish Part One of Lets Do it. Then check the answers together.4. Let students try their best to describe the places of interest in English like Danny. Others could add more details about that.5. Read the conversation together.6. Ask some students to cha
7、nge all verbs into Simple Past Tense.【设计思路】:第一遍播放录音,让学生猜出并写下所描述的名胜古迹和动物的名称;第二遍播放时,让学生完成第一道课后练习,加深印象。让有能力的学生尝试回忆Danny对上述事物的描述,并尽力表达出来,其他学生再做补充。之后让学生齐读来巩固。最后让学生将文中的过去时的句子改为一般现在时,将一般现在时的句子改为一般过去时。考察学生对于过去时的掌握情况。Step 3 Practice (about 17 min)1. Divide students into 9 groups as usual. Six students are in
8、 a group.Work in groups, and take out the pictures and information they have prepared. Introduce them like above and try to use some new sentence patterns.2. Invite some students to show their pictures and description.3. Others correct their mistakes.4. Work in pairs and make new conversations like

Let some students sum up todays contents. They are expected to sum up the key words, phrases and sentenc
10、e patterns. And they should sum up how to introduce something accurately and clearly.2. Homework: Write down their introductions about animals and places of interest. Its .Look the picture.五、教学反思在本节课结束之后,我将对本节课进行反思,对于学生掌握的情况做一总结。对于本节课取得良好效果的活动,记录方法并写明其有效性。对于效果不佳的活动进行反思,寻求改进办法。综观整节课的设计思路,是以口语训练为主要教学任务,通过本文的学习、口头叙述及对话的练习,让学生熟悉如何用英语来介绍事物,这样既锻炼了学生的口头表达能力,又通过各种介绍增加了学生的知识储备。最后让学生把自己准备的介绍落实到书面上,旨在锻炼其写作能力。
