二. 重点、难点解析及词语辨析。
1. Maybe she’s there! 也许她在那。(L13)
maybe意思是“可能,也许”,等于perhaps , 用于句首,表示推测。
may be意思是“可能是”,用于句中。
①Maybe she is a Chinese. 也许她是一个中国人。
②He may be a student. 他也许还是个学生。
2. I like Children’s Day best. 我最喜欢儿童节。 (L14)
like…best指“最喜欢……”,同义词为 favourite .
①I like English best. = English is my favourite.
英语是我最喜欢的。
拓展:like…better 指“更喜欢……”,同义词为 prefer。
②I like English better than math. = I prefer English to math.
相对于数学来说,我更喜欢英语。
3. 英语“节日”小聚会。
英语中的节日主要有以下几个:

be called = be named 意思是“被称为,被叫做”
①The little boy is called / named Tom.
这个小男孩被叫做汤姆。
called和named还可做后置定语,表被动。
②Do you know the boy named Li Ming?
你知道叫李明的那个男孩吗?
5. Today we gave our talks in the class about our favourite subjects.
今天我们在班里做了关于我们最喜欢的功课的报告。
talk在这里是名词“报告”,类似短语have a talk。
talk还可做动词“交谈,谈话”,
talk with sb. 和某人谈话 talk about sb. / sth. 谈论某人或某事
①—What are you doing? 你们在干什么?
—We are talking about the Great Wall. 我们在谈论长城。
6. We each brought a painting we made in art class.
我们各自带来我们在美术课上画的一幅画。
在这里each 是we 的同位语,谓语动词用复数。
但Each of us brings our paintings.
Each person brings our paintings.
这两句中,谓语动词用单数。
拓展:each和every
(1)each可单独使用,可跟名词,还可接of短语;
every只能接名词。
Each is good. 每个都很好。
Every student knew him. 每个学生都知道他。
(2)each指两者或两者以上的“每个”,every指三者或三者以上的“每一个”。
There are many trees on each side of the road.
马路两边有很多树。
Every tree is tall. 每棵树都很高。
7. 现在完成时总结。
(1)表示过去发生的动作对现在产生的影响或过去发生的动作一直持续到现在。
①I have been to Beijing . 我去过北京。(去了已经回来)
②I have been in Beijing for two years. 我在北京待两年了。
(2)构成:
have / has + v.-ed
(3)常与already , yet, never, ever , before 等词连用。
③Have you ever been to Beijing ? 你去过北京吗?
易混点:have gone to和have been to
have gone to表示去了还没回来
have been to表示去了已经回来
④—Where is Lily?
—She has gone to America. (现在不在这)
have been to 和have been in
have been to后跟次数once, twice, three times 等。
have been in后跟时间段for two years 或 since two years ago
⑤I have been to Shanghai twice. 我去过上海两次了。
⑥I have been in this school for more than two years.
我在这个学校待了两年多了。
8. 反意疑问句。
(1)构成:一个陈述句+一个简短的附加疑问句
(2)形式:前肯后否或前否后肯
(3)回答:据实回答,情况的确如此,用yes回答;
情况不是这样,用no 回答。
—Li Yan is a girl, isn’t it? 李言是个女孩,不是吗?
—Yes, she is. 是的,她是(女孩)。
—Li Yan isn’t a girl, is it? 李言不是个女生,对吗?
—Yes, she is. 不对,她是(女生)。

Once there were two brothers who were twins. They looked exactly alike. They both had the same dark brown hair, blue eyes and beautiful teeth. They were both 5' 10" tall and both weighed 150 pounds.
They not only looked alike but also sounded alike on the telephone. Not even their family could tell the difference. They dressed alike, listened to the same music, and read the same books. They even laughed at the same jokes.
When they were twenty-three ,they both got married and a year later both had sons. The years went by and as they began to grow old, they both wore glasses and finally they both became bald (秃头的).
