How do you feel when you see such a picture? 告诉学生：The world is full of amazing things. 导入本课话题：Can you tell me some amazing things?2.出示A部分的第一幅图片，T:：What can you see in the picture? Which one is large, the Sun or the Earth? 学生阅读并感受：The Sun is about 1300000 times larger than the Earth.3.继续呈现其他三幅图片，T：There are three more sentences about amazing tings. Please read them in pairs and find the mew words.Step 3 Practice1.指导学生完成A部分的练习。2.让学生自由朗读并记忆有关奇异现象的句子。3.让学生熟悉其中的表达方式。T：Can you tell me some amazing things about elephants / the Earth / human beings / fish? When did you see it？Was it big?Step 6 Practice学生两人一组练习表演对话。Step 7 Language points1amazing（adj.）常以物做主语或用来修饰物amazed (adj.) 以人做主语。常用结构：be amazed at-; be amazed to do sthSb+be amazed at +sth = Sth+makes + sb +amazed例：我们都对这些令人惊奇的事情感到吃惊。_1.be full of -= be filled with-例：这只篮子装满鲜花。_2.on the earth=on Earth (在地球上)on earth （究竟）3.same 总是与定冠词the 连用。the same as 与-一样all the same 仍然，还是look the same 看起来一样at the same time 同时4.birth-birthday-birthplaceat birth 出生时5.区别 stop to do sthstop doing sth例：格林先生停下来看看他们，他们立即停止了交谈。_6.-times larges than-比-大几倍，用于两者相比较，large是larger的比较级，than 意为“比”例：他比我高。_7.Fish sleep with their eyes open.“with+名词+形容词或介词短语”在句中用作状语，表示伴随的状况。例：我们的老师脸上带着微笑走进教室。_
