1.Greeting
2. Sing an English song together.(I have a dream)
Step 2 Presentation
Teacher asks several questions about the students’ dreams first.
T: Yan Chuan, what is your dream?
Yan Chuan: I want to be a teacher.
T: What does Yan Chuan want to be?
S2: He wants to be a teacher.
Ask the students to ask and answer like this in pairs. Then let some pairs to show in the class.
Step3 Reading the pictures and making a list
1. Ask the students to look at the pictures .
2. To make a list of the weekend activities.
3. Ask some pairs to ask and answer about the activities .
S1: What does the boy want to be ?
S2: He wants to be a/an.…
Then ask some pairs to show in the class.
Tep4. Listening
1. Ask Ss to listen and write the activities next to the correct frequency words.
2. Check the answers. Then listen again.
3. Ask the students to talk about the frequency words in 1a.Give them an order. Try to understand and use them correctly.
