1. Cautions
Thanks for your purchasing our products, please note the following points:
a. Read this instruction book carefully before installation!
b. It shall be installed follow the rule of National TWiring Rule;T
c. Power socket shall be triplex receptacle with safe ground wire and match with the machine plug. The content shall no less than 2 times of machine rated current. The socket shall be near the machine and in the place of plug reached.
d. It shall use special branch circuit that 2 times more than maximum rated current. The wire shall match to the maximum value of customer use. The circuit shall hold suitable all-pole disconnection protector (1.5-2 times more than rated current.
e. The display board shall be installed in the shade dry place.
f. Keep the water tank full before the power socket is connected at the first time. Please do not close the water valve at the time of normal use or it will not make the water outlet.
g. Do not set over heated water as you would like to. As the water temperature reach to the 55℃. You should mix the cool water with hot water for being scalded (especially old man and children);
h. Do not install and move the machine by yourself. All works shall be done by professional install workers.
i. As the trouble made by customers, the company will not be responsible for it.

2. Performance and Features
Air source water heater is usually used in the places of family house, bathing spot and hotel. The main advantages as follows:
Energy Conservation Compare with general water heater, it holds lowest operation costs. It is lower than electrical solar water heater in the whole year.
Ø Environment Protection Free from contamination. It use new type refrigerant that zero emission onto ozonosphere. Besides that, it does not make any excreta.
Ø All-weather Does not be influenced by bad weather such as overcast and rainy and snow. It could normal be used among -10℃～43℃. It works effectively in dry and wet places with Intelligent defrost system.
Ø Reliable Quality Use well known best quality special compressor, food grade stainless steel tank. It could be used for more than 15 years under normal use.

Note: Heat water compensation speed is tested in the condition of 20℃ Wet-bulb temperature, 20℃inlet water temperature, 55℃leaving water temperature. This list parameter is for reference only. Detail parameter is subject to the machine brand.
4. Operation Instructions
a. Temperature Display: the controller shows the water temperature in the tank. Press “▼”, it will show the outside temperature.
b. ON/OFF: Press “⊙” to ON/OFF machine. As in the conditions of ON, it shows “heat”, “heat insulation”, “defrosting”. It shows “OFF” while the machine is power off. Whenever the condition is, it always shows the present time and present temperature.
c. Temperature Setting: Press “S” and get into the temperature setting condition. As it shows the “ceiling temperature”, press “▲” or “▼” to change the value (press “▲” to raise 1℃, press “▼” to fall down 1℃; hold “▲” or “▼” for more than 0.5 second, it will raise and fall down quickly). Press “S” again and the floor temperature setting method follows ceiling temperature. As setting finished, press “▲” once again to go back from setting condition. It will begin to work as the temperature lower than the floor temperature or higher than ceiling temperature and make the water temperature between “floor temperature” and “ceiling temperature”
d. Time setting: press “¹”, the hour part will be shining, press “▲” or “▼” to adjust the hour part; press “¹” again to adjust the minutes part, press “▲” once again to finish.
e. Operating Mode Setting: Press “M” and shift “Automatic” to “Economic”. Under the “Automatic” model, it will control the water temperature according to the pre-setting. Under the “Economic” model, only make the water hot in the pre set time.
f. Work Period under Economic Model Setting: hold the “¹” for 2 seconds and set three heat period as screen shows. (“¹” is used for switch the project, “▲” or “▼” is used for value change). If you do not need so many setting period, you could make the start time and finish time on “00:00”. If the start time is later than finish time, it will consider that the finished time is on the next day. For example: if you set the one of the period on “22:00” to “03:30”, the machine will consider the period is start from 22:00 and finish in 3:30 next day.

7. Care and Maintenance

During the settled time, machine temperature could not reach to the settled defrosting temperature.
Alarm on high temperature
The temperature is 10℃ higher than ceiling.
Ø For long time work, there is some dust on heat interchanger aluminum foil. It shall be brushed with water regularly or it would have effect on heat absorption. As there are great amount of dust, please let professionals clean.
Ø Check the connect end is leak or not regularly. Please contact the professionals to repair it if it is leak.
Ø Check the wire is plug, socket and wire is well connected or not regularly.
Ø As the machine has some informal noise, you should power off it and contact the professionals.
Healthy Symptom
The symptom as follows does not mean something had happened to the machine:
a. For the compressor’s defective function, the machine does not start for 3 minutes.
b. There is some condensed water discharged from the outdoor machine.
c. Some noise in the machine. As the machine worked, there is some bicker or sizzle noise. It is a normal noise from refrigerant.
d. For safety valves’ pressure relieve function, the valve will discharge some water to relieve as the water tank get overpressure.

8. Simple Trouble Self-examination

Note: 1. The test or disconnect failure will be solved as both test and communication are recovered.
2. The high temperature alarm will be discharged as the water temperature drop to the normal.
3. There are some ways to solve the problem of defrosting failure as followed
a) The outdoor machine temperature is higher than defrosting start temperature.
b) Press “⊙” key to close the machine.

1. Installation Instructions
a. Main Machine Installation Site
(1) As the main machine was installed on the wall or roof, the place they installed shall be made of solid brick, concrete or other strength place. The main install place shall load more than 300kg/m2. Keep it upright and level.
(2) The install face shall made of wood or metal that has enough firm.
(3) The space between main machine and obstacles shall not smaller than the space showed in (Figure 1)
(4)If you install the canopy, please note that it shall not block heat absorption and dissipation of the main machine
(5) The space between main machine and water tank will not longer than 2.5m (there are some length limitation on main connection host).
b. Main Machine Installation Steps
(1) Direct installation (With customer permission, ensure that there is no leak in expanded hole)
(a) Mapping the space between the outside installation holes. Mark the pre-installed place.
(b) Dig 4 M12.5 holes by impact drivers
(c) Fix the outside machine by M8 steel setscrew.
