Understand, read and say the new words : face, ear, eye, nose and mouth. 2. Understand and be able to say the expressions: Look at me. This is my .... II. Important points 1. Learn to say the new words and the expressions. 2. Understand the expressions. Then do the right actions. III. Difficult points 1. The pronunciation of the new words: mouth. 2. Listen and understand the simple orders. Then do the right actions. IV. Teaching materials Blackboard, cards, pictures and so on. V. Teaching steps Step1. Warm-up and review 1. Get familiar with students by doing a warm-up. 2. Greet the students nicely, then play a game. 3. Lead in the new lessons by guessing the picture that on the screen. Step2. Presentation 1. Learn the new words and related dialogues. 1) Show a picture of face. Lead the new word face. 2) Ask students to guess who he is. Then lead the sentences Look at me. This is my face. Touch your face. 3) Teacher pronounces the word and students follow the sound. Check students’ pronunciation. If there are any mistakes, correct them as soon as possible. Then lead the word ear and the sentences Look at me. This is my ear. Touch your ear. 4) Use the latter I to lead the new word eye and the related sentences. Then distinguish eye and eyes. 5) Learn the word nose by playing a game stick the nose. 6) Pronounce the word mouth. Then lead the sentences Look at me. This is my mouth. Open your mouth. 2. Practice. 1) Look at the screen and guess who he is. 2) Do more practice to train the new words and expressions. 3) Game I say and you do. 4) Learn another warm-up Head shouders knees and toes. 3. Listen and say. 1) Play the tape. Listen and repeat after the tape. 2) Teacher give the order, students take the right picture and do the right actions. 3) Do some practice. Step3. Homework 1.
