Unit 3 Language in use 教学目标 1.Knowledge aims: To summarise and consolidate the usage of have /has got. 2.Ability aims: To briefly introduce one’s family. 3.Moral education: To love their own families and family members; to help the unlucky students. 教学重点 运用there be 教学难点 运用there be 教 学 过 程 环 节 师 生 活 动 反馈调整 Step1 Warming-up Talk about their family in pairs. Step2 Revision 1. Write questions about the two families (Activity 1). 2. Write down the answers to Activity 1 and check with the whole class. 3. Write about the differences between the two families (Activity 3). 4. Complete the family tree (Activity 4). Step3 Practice 1. Ask the students to give the corresponding words. 2. Fill in the blanks according to the family tree. Add more exercises: 3. Choose the best answers 4. Fill in the blanks with “some” or “any”. 5. Change the sentences. Step4 Survey Ask the students to work in groups of five or six and make a survey to see how many of the group members have got brothers or sisters, and how many of them have got aunts or uncles (Activity 5).
