Report the answers orally. After listening Review the expressions of Scores. 2. Play the recording and lead ss to finish the listening exercises by taking down the key words. 3. Explain the task to the students: Show an example to students : Present some expressions and Sentences. 2. Cultivate ss’ listening ability. 3. Arouse ss’ interest in thinking and talking. 10 第三环节 问路的表达 Step3 Speaking Learn the expressions of asking direction. 3. Speaking practice. ①Read the dialogue in pairs and know about the words stadium, crossing. ② Conclude the sentence patterns of asking direction. ④Practice describing a route based on a map. 4. Give ss a hand when they conclude. Excuse me. How can I get to…? Do you know where it is? Is it far from…? 4. Lead ss to talk more on the given task. 10 第四环节 课时小结 Step 4 Speak up 4. Make a dialogue and role-play in groups of four. S1: a tour guide. S2/3/4 tourists. S1 is at the railway station with 3 tourists. The tourists are asking him the way. They want to go to different places. S2 wants to go to the No.1 Hospital. S3 wants to go to City Green. S4 wants to go to Central Park. 5. Learn about different street signs. 5.
