■Warming up by talking about your dream job
Hello, class. Do you have a dream for tomorrow, for next year, for the future? Do you have a dream job? Then what is your dream job? My dream job is a skateboarder. A shopper is my dream job. Now go over the vocabulary index from on page 105 to make a list of all the dream jobs.

3a Reading and underling
There is a diary on page 61 about Tian Tian’s dream job.
First read the diary to the recording together. That is, you start reading aloud as the recorder goes, and you stop reading aloud as the recorder stops. While reading, pay enough attention to the pauses, the pronunciation and the intonation of the native reader. Make your reading aloud as the same as the reader’s.
Now go over the text carefully. This time while reading, try to cut/ the sentence into thought groups, study all the predicates, circle all the linking words and underline all the expressions.
