1. Look at Bob’s room. Try to find out what are in the picture.
2. According the pictures and the hints to complete the conversations.
3. Read a chant to review the usages of the simple present tense.

Step I. Presentation(呈现新知识)
1.Look at the pictures. What do you think of it? Answer the question to learn the new words: interesting, relaxing, difficult, relaxing, fun.
2. Read the words in different ways. Make sure every student can remember the words.
StepⅡ. Work on 1a.
Point to the words in 1a and ask students to repeat each one.
Ss: interesting, fun, relaxing, boring, difficult.
Let some Ss explain the Chinese meanings of them.
3. Then match each picture with one of the words.
(Point to the five pictures and ask students to match them.)
4. Check the answers.
Step Ш. Listening
1. Work on 1b.
T: We’ll listen to a conversation. Here are two children in the conversation. What do they want to do?
2. Listen and check the description words you hear.
3. Check the words you hear in 1a.
4. Check the answers.
5. Work on 1c.
Listen to the recording in 1b. What does Paul say about the activities? (Point to the blanks where the students write their answers.)
6. Play the recording. Listen to the conversation and write a word from 1a in each blank. (Play the recording again.)
7. Check the answers.
8. Read the tapescript.
9. Fill in the blanks by choosing the right sentence.
