Ask some very general questions about reports at our school.Ask ss to compare the report in the book with their own report cards.Read the instructions to the class. Clarify words as necessary. Then ask ss to skim the text to identify any words they do not know, e.g., memory, weak at personality and cheerful. Ask ss to guess the meanings of unknown words from the context. Then explain the meanings by giving examples.3. Ask ss to list as many adjectives they can find, e.g., good, careless, clever and cheerful.Ask ss to add other adjectives that teachers may use to describe ss.4.Ask ss to study the notes for the parents meeting.
