T：Do you know yard sale？A yard sale is also called a garage sale. It is a sale where people sell miscellaneous household items that they no longer want from a table outside their house or garage. It is a private sale and it help to exploit the last profit out of your unwanted or old stuff.
Today we will hear a conversation about yard sale.Let's learn together.
环节说明：通过这一环节让学生了解到了关于庭院拍卖会的一些情况，同时为本节课的听力训练做好了铺垫。
Step 2　完成教材1a～1c的任务
1．学生看课本P73 1a部分的内容，并就图片中的物品进行谈论。(1分钟)

B：I've had it for three years! I learned how to ride a bike on it.
2．要求学生听第一遍录音，并完成课本上1b的听力任务，并让学生读出所选句子。(1分钟)
3．要求学生听第二遍录音，并逐句进行跟读。(2分钟)
4．完成教材1c的任务，要求学生就图片中的其他物品进行对话练习，并邀请2～3对同学当堂进行演示。(3分钟)
