Teach: The basic parts of a sentence are the subject （S）,the verb(V) and the object (O). Usually a statement begins with the subject and the verb. We divide verbs into three kinds:intransitive verbs (vi.), transitive verbs(vt.) and linking verbs(linking v.)
Step4:Show" Guide Two"to the students.

Read the sentences on page 85-86 and learn the sentence structure S+V, S+V+O, S+V+P, S+V+IO+DO, S+V+DO+OC,then do the exercises in Part A and Part B.
