CStep Ⅱ 3 Pairwork T:Think of five things that bother you.Write requests about them.Then take turns making requests to your partner and listening to his or her replay. Then tell students they should write in sentences. Ask students to role play their requests and replies. Then have students vote on the best requests and replies. CStep Ⅲ 4 Pairwork Draw students’ attention to the instructions and the example.Have two students model the sample conversation. Ask a few students about places where they make small talks.If necessary,review small talks. Tell students to write small talk questions suitable to each of the five places. Ask students to use their questions to role play conversations with their partners.The partners should continue the conversations for a few exchanges. Ask the students to share their answers as dialogues with the class. CStep Ⅳ 5 Groupwork Draw students’ attention to the instructions and the example.Have two students model the sample conversation. Ask students about things that they like and dislike.Ask for reasons.Discuss whether the reasons are good or not. Tell students to write five things they like or dislike.Ask students to share their likes and dislikes with their partners.The partner should ask for reasons.
