2011年贸易术语与2010年以前的有什么区别

贸易术语由13种变为11种。
由原来的四组分类法修改为两类：适用于所有运输方式；只适用于海运。

删除INCOTERMS2000中四个D组贸易术语：DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)、DAF (Delivered At Frontier)、 DES (Delivered Ex Ship)、 DEQ (Delivered Ex Quay)，只保留了INCOTERMS2000D组中的DDP（ Delivered Duty Paid ）。

新增加D组：DAT （ Delivered At Terminal ），DAP（Delivered At Place ）两个术语

E组、F组、C组的贸易术语不变

以上只是将Incoterms2010与Incoterms2000做的对比，Incoterms1990及其更早的版本没列出来比较

PS：Incoterms2010明年元旦就要开始生效了

Changes in INCOTERMS 2010
Starting in 2011, the following standard delivery terms will be used:
EXW Ex Works All types of transportation
FCA Free Carrier All types of transportation
CPT Carriage Paid To All types of transportation
CIP Carriage and Insurance Paid All types of transportation
DAT (new delivery term) Delivered At Terminal All types of transportation
DAP (new delivery term) Delivered At Place All types of transportation
DDP Delivered Duty Paid All types of transportation
FAS Free Alongside Ship Water transport
FOB Free On Board Water transport
CFR Cost and Freight Water transport
CIF Cost, Insurance and Freight Water transport

Compared to the current practice, the following standard terms will no longer exist: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid);
DAF (Delivered At Frontier); DES (Delivered Ex Ship); DEQ (Delivered Ex Quay). If business partners wish to continue
using them, they should not refer to the effective INCOTERMS 2010.
