Leasing Agent: Yes, we've got great beachside apartments, all newly renovated.
Prospective Renter: That sounds fantastic! But I need something closer to downtown, as I spent most of my time at the office.

The junior one-bedroom apartments are very economical, but their layout makes great use of a small amount of space. And the complex overlooks Riverside Drive near the business district.
Prospective Renter: Great! I'll call the complex manager and arrange a viewing at lunchtime.

Husband: True, but it's prime real estate with proven resale and high rental value. It would also be an investment in our future.
