摘 要
从近几年的情况看，随着我国经济近几年的加速增长，房地产和汽车行业的高速增长带动的玻璃消费快速增长，使得玻璃行业消化新增产能的速度加快，进而造成玻璃行业的蓬勃发展。以玻璃为代表的液晶加工设备的需求显得愈发显的重要。自动精密玻璃切割机，是液晶生产线上不可缺少的基础设备，用它可将大块基板切割成需要的任何尺寸。同时，它也可用于切割太阳能电池基板、医用玻璃基板及其他电子玻璃。本设计的是通过采用三轴联动机械来完成角度定位，刀具线速度定位和切割路径运动控制。我的设计内容主要是机械部分的设计。
