一、教学内容:
1. Learn to say the new words: at (time), home, morning, afternoon
2. Learn to use the new sentences:
-What time do you ……?

二、教学目标:
1. 语言目标
1) 能用所学语言描述自己和他人一天的生活。
2) 复习相关动词短语和时刻。
2. 技能目标
1) 第三人称单数的用法。
2) 培养学生获取、处理和综合信息的能力。
3. 情感目标
学会珍惜时间。
三、教学重点和难点:
1. 掌握四会单词和主要句型的用法。
2. 掌握第三人称单数的用法。
3. 能正确灵活运用所学语言。
四、课前准备:录音机、磁带、图片、单词卡片、课件。

I. Pre-task preparation
A. Warm-up
1. Greetings.
2. Listen to a song “This is the way”.
首先通过音乐律动来活跃一下课堂的气氛,同时引入已学过的动词词组。
B. Review of verb phrases: wash my face , clean my teeth ,
eat breakfast/ lunch / dinner , go to school, do homework , get up , watch TV, play the piano, play football
Ask the pupils to act out.
使学生在表演中复习所学过的动词短语。
C. Review of the time expressions
T draws a clock and help the students revise the numbers and times.

让学生猜一猜老师画的是什么,从而复习数字,引出时间。
2. Guessing game:
One pupil acts as a clock, and the others guess: 6:00 7:00 7:30 8:30 9:00
通过用身体来比划时间让学生猜钟点,不仅可以提高学生的学习积极性,还可以复习所学过的整点和半点时刻的表达。
II.While-task procedure

2. ask the students to change the verb phrases and the times.
学生经过机械操练模仿和替换练习,可以进一步熟悉新句型的基本结构和表达方式。

Pair work
Ask and answer in pairs:
-What time do you……?
–I …at… in the morning/afternoon.
利用“信息差”帮助学生活用所学知识。
III. Post-task activity
1. Listen and answer the questions.
Ask the pupils to answer the questions: What time does Ben get up / go to school / do homework / come home / watch television / go to bed ?
通过听力训练,培养学生听句子快速抓关键信息的能力。
2. Listen and say
Listen to the tape and read after it.
3. Ask and answer
Ask and answer in groups:
-What time do you……?
–I …at… in the morning/afternoon.
-What time does she/he……?
–×××/ She /He /……at… in the morning/afternoon.
通过人称的转换,帮助学生理解第三人称单数的用法,并了解动词之后加-s或-es的不同之处。
4. Make a survey
Ask the students to ask others about their daily life and fill in the blanks.
设计该调查活动 为学生自主创设运用语言的情景。
5. Workbook
Compare the pictures and ask the students to learn: We must cherish our time!
将课后练习融入情感态度价值观的学习过程中,一举两得,既能及时反馈学生学习的情况,还能使学生得到关于珍惜时间的自我教育。
D Consolidation
Describe your daily life of a day and write it down.
Write a short passage: “My day”.
巩固课堂学习内容,并通过笔头落实。
