MODULE9 WEEKEND
ENGLISH LEARNING TARGETS:
1. FUNCTION: Talking about past activities.
2. VOCABULARY: phone, yesterday, day, him, laugh, dance, stop, last
3. SENTENCE PATTERN:Did you cook meat yesterday?
Yes, I did. No, I didn’t. I cooked fish.
TEACHING TIPS :
1. 热身运动: TPR 活动来复习各种动作、活动。
2. 直观教学法突破难点----一般过去时
本课涉及的一般过去时的语法知识要通过直观的方式展现给学生, 让他们自己总结出一般规律来. 如: 老师将本课中的规则动词的过去式写在黑板上, 用彩色笔标注动词后面的-ed, 教读发音.

由学生总结规律后, 老师再进行适当的讲解, 然后写出一些规则动词, 让学生根据变化来写过去式.( 可以告诉学生并非所有的动词都是通过加-ed来变过去时的, 我们以后再学.)
3. 句型的突破:
老师谈论自己: I played basketball yesterday. 过渡到:Did you play basketball yesterday?引导学生回答 Yes, I did. No, I didn’t. 板书:
I played basketball yesterday.
Did you play basketball yesterday?
Yes, I did.
No, I didn’t.
进行适当的讲解后可以将画线部分的动词进行替换, 加以练习.
4. 游戏巩固: Guessing game: 请两个学生到教室前面来, S1: Did you …last week? S2将回答悄悄地告诉S1, 然后班上其他的同学用:Did he …last week? 来猜测问S1, S1 用: Yes, he did./ No, he didn’t. 回答. 分组加分.(这个游戏还可以替换成人机对话, 让学生问他们喜欢的明星或卡通人物: Did you …?)
5. 任务完成:
a. Do a survey EB: P37
What did you do at the weekend? Did you watch TV/ play football?
b. My weekend. 请给老师、朋友或家人写一封信或email. 讲讲自己上周在学校或家里的活动.鼓励学生尽可能多的使用学过的语言来丰富信件内容, 如: 天气、景色, 心情等.
