快速氙灯老化:
氙灯
配备了合适滤光器的氙弧灯维护得当时,其产生的辐射类似于地面日光的紫外和可见区的光谱能量分布。
1)石英套管的氙弧灯的光谱范围包括波长大于270nm的紫外光、可见光和红外辐射;
2)为了模拟直接的自然暴露,辐射光源必须过滤,以便提供与地球上的日光相似的光谱能量分布;
3)采用可减少波长320nm以下光谱辐照度的滤光器来模拟透过窗玻璃滤光后的日光;
4)当加热试样对光化学反应速率有不利影响,或在自然暴露下并不会引起热老化时,可以使用附加的滤光器来减少非光化作用的红外能量。

黑/白标温度
组成:一块厚约0.5mm的不锈钢平板(典型尺寸为70×40mm);平板对光面应涂敷有良好耐老化黑/白色涂层;铂电阻传感器应以很好的热传导连接在平板背光面的中心位置;平板的金属面安装在一块5mm厚的未填充聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)底座上,且底座上应加工成有足够容纳电阻传感器的空间;传感器与PVDF板凹槽间的距离约1mm。
1)黑标比黑板的指示温度高3~12℃(隔热处理的缘故),但黑标的温度变化速率稍慢于黑板;
2)辐射量较少时,黑标/板温度与样品真实温度差别可能很小;
3)红外发射量很小的光源,黑板和黑标的温度或深浅色样品间温度差异很小;
4)黑/白板传感器的温度控制在设定温度±3℃内。
黑/白板温度
组成:由耐腐蚀金属平板组成,典型尺寸为150×150×1mm;平板对光面应涂敷具有良好防老化的黑/白色涂层;热敏元件(可以是一个涂黑杆状双金属盘式传感器或电阻传感器)应紧固在暴露表面中心位置;金属板背面应露置在老化箱的空气中
样品位置是否变换
是:如果样品暴露区域任何位置的辐照度均为最大辐照度的70~90%。(位置变换时间表应由所有相关方协商)
否:如果样品暴露区域任何位置的辐照度均至少为最大辐照度的90%。
