教学设计
【教材分析】
本课选自EEC英语教材三年级上册第九课《I Like Monkeys!》。EEC英语教材以先进的教育思想、教学模式为依托，突出“以人为本”的教育理念，充分体现了素质教育思想。其特色作用有：
★ 趣味性的故事激发了学生的学习兴趣，促进学生对语义、语用的认知和理解，加大阅读训练力度。
★ 交际性的语言情景供学生在用中学，学中用。
★ 思想性的内涵把英语教育与思想教育结合在一起，真正做到寓英语教育于人的教育之中。
★ 注重充分调动学生的智力因素和非智力因素，发展学生的想象力和创造力，开发学生的潜能。
★ 注重语言习得和学得的结合，促进学生形成有效的学习策略，为学生终身学习打下坚实的基础。
【学情分析】
三年级的小学生，他们爱活动，观察力强，好奇心胜，辨音能力，模仿能力，以及记忆力都很强，而且善于接受多方面的信息，愿意展示自己的见解与人交流、合作。我根据学生的这些特点，设计了一系列的可以让学生亲自实践合作交流、探索研究的活动，并通过这些活动完成学习任务，取得学习成果。
【教学策略】
通过多种形式的教学活动，拓展了学生学习和运用英语的渠道，帮助学生真实的体验语言所运用的环境。通过多彩的画面、有趣的练习激发他们的求知欲，并鼓励学生大胆的用英语进行交流。
【教学目标】
1、知识目标：会用英语介绍自己喜欢的动物，并描述动物的特点。
2、能力目标： (1)能用英语说出自己喜欢的动物。
(2)能在不同的场合对所学句型进行扩展运用。
3、情感目标：在积极参与中，学会自主学习。
4、德育目标：爱护小动物。
【教学重点、难点】
教学重点：单词：like, so, big , small
句型: I like pandas. It’s so small. It’s a … panda.
教学难点：选择恰当合适的词形容动物
