一、 教材分析:本模块以讨论公共假期为主要话题,谈论了中外不同假日的不同以及美国感恩节的传统风俗文化,在本模块中主要涉及一些基本的词汇短语,尤其以复合句为主要语法内容向学生们进行了介绍,这是本模块的重点内容。
二、 学情分析:学生们对于中外的节假日都有着不同的认识,应该说很多节日对于我们的孩子来讲并不陌生,但对于感恩节的历史背景以及其由来还有着很多未知的内容,这一点也正是学生们感兴趣的地方,应该说本课的教学学生们会充满兴趣。
三、 教学过程:
1. 导入:根据前一个单元学生学习内容,对其进行复习,谈论中国和美国两个不同国家之间的国庆节的差异,同时复习之后告诉学生would you like to know more about American houlidays? Have you known about Thanksgiving?这样就自然导入本课的话题。
2. Pre-reading:激活学生思维让学生们一小组为单位进行讨论有关Thanksgiving的有关话题,激发学生的学习兴趣。
3. while-reading:这一环节我将其分为两步进行,第一步让学生略读全文找出每一段的paragraph idea使其对号入座,然后再进一步让学生进行细节阅读找出有关每段中的一些细节信息,以此达到阅读由浅入深地目的,让学生能够更加深入的理解全文整体和细节内容。
4. Post-reading:让学生根据其所学过的课文内容,能够就文章中所学到的感恩节的一些细节信息进行复述,以此达到掌握的目的。
四、 板书设计:板书设计原则为呈现本课中的重点内容,让学生对于本课的知识点做到清晰,不会因现代科技多媒体的应用而一带而过。而且板书中从词汇、语法、语句都列出的很有层次,清楚可见。
