Unit 7 Lesson 2 《At the restaurant》 水玉 南阳市第九小学 2007年3月教材分析: 本课选自北师大教材四年级下册,Unit 7 Lesson 2 . 本单元的主题是At the restaurant. 主要语言功能是学习谈论有关食物的话题。让学生学会运用Do you like……? Yes, I do./No, I don’t.以及What food do you like? I like…/I don’t like…等来表达自己的喜好。题材非常生活化,是学生感兴趣的话题之一,学生能学以致用。本节课是第二课时,旨在复习巩固上节课内容的基础上引入新词noodle, vegetable…,并运用功能语言完成本节课的任务。 设计思路: 本节课是谈论有关食物的话题,很自然的就与在快餐店中当服务员、询问别人吃些什么联系起来。因此,我确定本节课的任务为“我当服务员”。为了完成这一任务,我把所需要用到的语言点在前面的教学活动中逐一巩固、练习,为完成任务做铺垫。 上课一开始,为了激发同学们的学习兴趣,我运用歌曲引入学生喜闻乐见的迪士尼动画,暗示学生我们要学习食物了。The food is delicious. 第二个环节,老师抱出一个盛满食物的箱子,让同学们猜箱子中有什么,引导学生用英语说出食物的名称。设置信息差,复习巩固已学知识,训练目标语言:Do you like…? 接下来运用chant进入设置的情景—餐馆,看见冰箱中的食物,学习本节课的生词,练习What do you like? I like …/I don’t like…。 挖掘教材中的德育因素,对学生进行品德教育也是我在本节课程设计中的努力方向。因此,我设置了帮助“magic girl”这一环节,目的是让学生在进行语言练习的过程中,树立乐于助人的意识,提高品德修养。 在以上学习、巩固、大量练习后,完成本课任务就水到渠成了。I’m the waiter./ I’m the waiterness.孩子们运用目标语言,轻松地询问、回答,完成了任务。 Lesson Two ( Period two ) Teaching material :Grade 4 Unit 7 Lesson 2 Teaching objectives : 1、语言技能与知识目标 ①通过学习句子Do you like……? 能就食物的选择向他人问或回答他人的提问。 ②能听懂本课的对话,对What do you like……? 这一句型做出回答。 ③通过学习本课的句子、单词,将学生的学习活动和生活实际相联系,培养学生的学习兴趣。 2、运用能力目标: ①能用Do you like……?询问别人。用Yes,I do./ No, I don’t.对别人的询问做出回答。 ②能用What do you like……?句型。 3、素质教育(情感态度、学习策略)目的 ①有兴趣听、说英语,用英语做游戏。 ②积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务,培养学生的组织能力和合作精神。 ③培养乐于助人的好品质。 Teaching key and difficult points : 重点:听懂并说出Do you like……? 并做出回答。 难点:灵活运用Do you like……? What do you like……?并能做出回答。 Type of class :巩固课 Teaching aids :小箱子、各种食物、卡片、冰箱模型、CAI、头饰等。 Teaching procedure : Step 1. Warming up 1. To greet. 2. (CAI) Now let’s sing a song , ok? Look at the cartoon and sing together.(关于食物的歌曲,为了提高学习兴趣,密切联系本课内容.) Step 2. Review 1.Talk about the cartoon .I think the food is delicious. Do you want to eat ? 2.You did well done. I have some gifts for you. (老师抱出一个箱子) Look, what’s this? It’s so heavy. What’s in it? Can you guess? (学生猜测已学过的食物名称,复习巩固相关知识。) 3.Now let’s open it and see. Who can help me? Oh, so many things! What are they? Take them out: cakes ,juice, tea, water, milk, corn… ①T: Do you like…?(老师把食物送给回答正确的学生) ②S: Do you like…?(Ask one by one.老师同时板书) 4.So there is no more food. Let me put the box over there. Oh, look, there is another food. Sorry, for who? Do you like noodles? For her? For him? So what can I do? Let’s play and judge. We can say:“ noodles noodles , hamburger . hamburger ,chicken, hot dog, I like them. I like them.”(击鼓传花,边传边说)… T: Yes, you’re very lucky. This is for you. Here you are. Step 3 Presentation 1.I know you are very hungry. So let’s go to the restaurant! Stand up, please! Chant: “Go to the restaurant, go to the restaurant, have some food , have some food!” 2.T: Oh, what can you see?( 发现一冰箱) — Let’s open it, OK? Wow! Tell me what do you like? 3.T: What do you like? (板书) S: I like… T: Here you are. 4.What’s in it? Let’s open it! (揭开冰箱第一层)  T: Oh, it’s very beautiful! What colour are they? ××, please help us. S:… T: Yes, they are colourful. And shapes some are round, some are long. Do you know they are? Look! They are vegetables! 训练vegetable (你拍一我拍一节奏) vegetable, vegetable, I like vegetables! 5.I like vegetables very much. So I put some vegetables in the desk, under the chair, and maybe some other places. Group A: You take them here. Group B: You take them here.(指向对应地方)Please find them out.(同时说vegetable) OK, now let’s count. How many vegetables? (生伸手指数,vegetable) You’re got ______. Congratulations to Group ___! Come on ,OK? Step 4 Practice 1.Look at the screen. Do you know who she is? She is a little magic girl. What’s she like? S1… S2… S3:She is very hungry. T: She is asking the God. 示范:T: Hi, God! I’m very hungry. Can you help me? Now look at the picture and ask her: (CAI) 2.T: Boys and girls, we have food everyday, but the little magic girl doesn’t. So she’s hungry and cold. If you have more food, please help her. Give the food to the magic girl , please. S1: I have more vegetables. Do you like vegetables? Here you are. …… 3. Thank you. Boys and girls. You are very kind. Now the magic girl feels warm. And she wants to play a game with us. Please open your books at Page 4. Listen and number. Are you ready?(完成练习,一生到扫描仪下) Step 5 consolidation 1.T:Great! It’s time for us to have a party! Look, what’s this? — A menu! This is a menu! Now, I’m the waitress. We’ll play like this. T: This is a menu. Can you give me a pencil? (面向第一组) I’m the waitress. What do you like? 2.小组进行,汇报,排序。 Blackboard design : Do you like……? What do you like? Yes, I do./No, I don’t. I like …/I don’t like… 5
