Module 13 Likes and dislikes Unit1 Do you like noodles? 上林县民族中学 覃海芬 一、课型:听、说 二、学时:45分钟 三、教学目标(知识目标、能力目标、德育目标) 知识目标:掌握询问对方喜欢与不喜欢食物的几种典型的句型。学习常见食物的名称。 能力目标:通过对食物名称和询问句型的学习,学会谈论自己与他人早、中、晚餐喜爱吃的食物。通过对食物的学习了解,学会配制营养餐。 德育目标:通过对不同食物的学习,让学生了解哪些是有益于健康的食品,哪些是不益于健康的食品,从而使学生学会均衡饮食,不偏食。通过对食物喜好的提问,能增强同学之间的相互了解和友谊。 四、教学重点及难点 1.教学重点:掌握词汇:dislike, rice, noodle, banana, milk, bread,vegetable等有关食物名词的单词。 句型:Do you like … ? Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. 2.教学难点:(1)创设语言交际情景,操练句型。 (2)区分可数名词和不可数名词。 五、教学手段:录音机、录音带、图片 六、教学方法:任务型教学法、直观教学法、交际法 七、教学过程 Step1 Greetings and Free talk. T: Good morning, boys and girls! S: Good morning, Miss Qin! T: It’s nice to meet you! S: It’s nice to meet you, too! T: How many people are there in your family? S: There are… T: Do you like your father? Do you like your mother? Do you have a happy family? (…) I have a happy family, too. Look! Who’s the little boy? … Yes, he’s my son.. Do you like my son? S: Yes, I do. T: I like my son very much. Because he is lovely and healthy. (板书:healthy) T: why is he so healthy? Do you want to know? S: Yes. T: OK! Let me tell you. Step2 Presentation 1.Learning the new words of foods. Show some pictures of foods to help the students learn the new words. (noodles, milk, rice, bread, bananas, vegetables. 补充:pears, oranges, grapes) T: Because my son likes healthy foods: What healthy foods does he like?(板书:healthy foods) He likes noodles . I don’t like… 八、教学反思 在新的教学理念下,一堂成功的英语课,不仅仅是一堂教学任务得到切实落实的英语课,更应该是一堂学生积极参与,自主探索,发挥想象,愉快合作的英语课。而我们也知道,教学实际上是发生在师生生活中的一种社会活动,是师生日常生活的一部分。因此,英语教学不能离开学生的生活实际,而应该根据教学目标,设计贴近学生生活的教学活动,吸引和组织学生积极参与到各种创新性活动中学习和使用。教师创设情境,在不自觉地状态中去看、去说、去感受和运用语言的目的。 我最近在本县上了一堂教学比赛课,课题是Do you like noodles?用Doyou like...?这一句型教一些水果、蔬菜和食物名称。上课前我做了充分的准备,自己制作了很多生动有趣的图片,激发了学生的学习兴趣,采用多种教学方法,充分调动了学生的积极性,课堂效果很不错。 一、本课的成功之处 1.体现新课程理念,注重交际功能 本单元的主题是“询问对方喜欢与不喜欢的食物”,这些食物都是学生比较熟悉的生活事物。因此我在教学时使用生动的实物图片进行教学,增强学生的学习兴趣和学习效果。在传授新知识时,为了为学生创设真实的,贴近生活的情境,让他们谈论对食物的喜好,这样不但激发了学生学习的热情,也达到了练习重点句型的目的,更重要的是培养了学生的语言交际能力。 2.合作交流、自主探究 在本节课的教学中,始终坚持“以学生为与主体,教师为主导”的方针,突出学生之间的合作与交流。例如:在知识传授、课文解读中,以小组合作的形式来共同剖析语言的内涵,教师只做适当的点拔,让学生在主动解决问题,排除障碍中获得新知。同时,也潜移默化地培养学生的自学能力,与人合作的能力等。这样既加深了学生对知识点的印象,又增强学生独立解决问题的自信心。从而为进一步学好英语奠定了基础。 3.任务型教学的运用 在课堂的整个过程中,设计了一个又一个的任务,让学生在完成任务的同时,学习到知识,培养各项能力。设计学生感兴趣的话题What kind of food do you like?跟实际生活联系紧密的话题让学生去调查。然后以小记者采访的方式汇报调查结果,不但充分调动了学生的积极性,同时又可以考验学生对本节课知识的掌握程度。引导学生运用英语表达个性想法。学生的畅想的确让人惊叹! 总之本节课的总体设计以“人文理念”为主,联系学生的实际生活,设计与他们年龄特点相符的任务,再配合学生自己的探究活动,在特定的语言环境中,培养学生听、说、读、写、译等基本能力和终身学习的学习能力。 二、本课教学不足之处 在教学过程中,使用小组合作的评价方式我收获很大,但也有许多不足。一节课下来,大部分学生都能积极投入到课堂教学中来,并积极举手发言,课堂气氛比较活跃,调动了大部分学生听课的积极性,因此合作教学对提高学生实际的语言交流能力以及与他人的合作能力有很大的促进作用。但很明显的,语言表达能力强的学生参与的机会相对要多,代表小组汇报的机会也多,而另有一些学生却习惯于当听众,被动地接受别人的观念,很少发表自己的个人意见,合作精神不够。因此作为教师既要注意到每个合作小组成员的合理编排,又要注意到自己教学内容的设计、话题的趣味性以及如何把学生的积极性真正调动起来。 7
