PEP小学英语四年级上册《Unit6 Meet my family!A Let’s learn》教学设计
一、教学内容:
词汇:parents, cousin, uncle, aunt, baby brother
句型:Meet my family.
二、教学目标:
1. 知识目标:
(1)能够听、说、认读5个有关家庭成员的单词或词组:parents, cousin, uncle, aunt, baby brother。
(2)能够在语境中正确运用这5个有关家庭成员的单词或词组。
(3 能够在“手指家庭”活动中运用所学句型This is my … He’s/She’s… 介绍自己的家庭成员并简单描述其外貌特征。
2. 能力目标:能够简单的介绍自己的家庭成员,如This is my dad/uncle…. He is tall and strong.
3 情感策略目标:培养学生爱家,爱生活的美好情感,并积极运用所学英语进行家庭成员之间的称呼和问候。三、教学重点:听、说、认读单词:parents, uncle, aunt, cousin, baby brother。
三、教学重难点:
parents, cousin, uncle, aunt, baby brother这五个单词的学习、Meet my family.等交际性语言的运用是本课的重难点。
四、教具准备:
多媒体课件(无多媒体的可用相应图片、录音机、配套录音带、单词卡片等代替)学生自带的全家福,“家有儿女”中刘星头饰。
五、教学过程:
(一) 热身、复习 (Warm-up / Revision)
1、日常用语(Greetings)
T:Hello , boys and girls !
Ss: Hello , Miss\Mr …
T:How are you ?
Ss:I’m fine ,thank you . How are you ?
T: I’m fine , too . Thanks a lot
把学生分成两个个组,以运用奖惩机制。
2、 导入(Lead-in)
T:Do you like P.E. class ?
Ss:Yes .
T:Let’s do sports together ,OK? Stand up , please !(若学生听不懂,是要结合肢体语言提示学生)
Let’s do .(三年级上册教材Unit 3,无多媒体的可用相应磁带录音代替)
这一回环节是为了让孩子们在说说做做中放松心情,尽快进入学习状态,而且勾起孩子们对thin tall short fat strong 等形容词的回忆,为后面描述家人环节做好铺垫。
(二)呈现新课(Presentation)
1. 教学parents
T:Wow, so good . Sit down ,please .Oh. listen! Who is singing ?Let’s sing a song “finger family”together。 (无多媒体的可用相应磁带录音代替,三下Unit2 )
T:Just now,you all did a good job,so,you all can wipe off a water-drop.
In the song,what can you hear?生答。
(1) 呈现我的照片,教学Hi,meet my family!
出示照片,引出mother 一词。
生伸出手指书空,师用白色粉笔板书mother
She is…/She has…练习形容mother
(2)呈现爸爸课件(或图片代替),引出father 一词。
T: In my family , He is a man . He’s very friendly . He’s my good friend . He’s
tall and strong .Who is he ? (师可以做出又高又壮的动作,帮助学生理解)
生伸出手指书空,师用白色粉笔板书father
(3)教学parents,
T: Now , how can we call them ? (呈现课件爸妈的合影,并在father和mother之间画上一个“十”)
Ss:父母/parents .
学生伸手指拼读书空,师用彩色粉笔板书在提前画好的四线格上。
跟师练习读。生接龙读。从各组中抽查部分学生认读这个单词。
师领读:Come and meet my family.This is my mother\father . 看着课件或老师手中的图片,试着一起说:Come and meet my family.This is my mother\father .She’s \He’s ... 进一步感知这些表达。
2、教学baby brother
⑴ T:Listen !Who is laughing ? (课件播放婴儿的笑声)
Ss:(各种猜测)
T:Oh,look. He’s my baby brother.
用彩色粉笔板书在提前画好的四线格上, 跟师练习读。接龙练习读,可以以同桌两人为单位接龙读,这样参与练习的孩子会更多一些。
⑵ 总结规律,渗透语音
T: Watch the three words.What can you find ?( 课件呈现mother, father,brother,)
S:都有ther.
S:都有“ze”的音。
…….
T: Wow!You are clever . They all have “ther”.And “ther” is pronounced/ðə/.
3、教学uncle ,aunt
⑴ T: Father’s\mother’s father is grandfather.(课件或写有爸爸\妈妈的爸爸\妈妈的卡片)
Father’s\mother’s mother is grandmother
How can we call father’s\mother’s sister?
Ss:姑姑\姨妈……
T: In English ,it’s “aunt”.
用彩色粉笔板书在提前画好的四线格上, 跟师练习读,大小声读。
男女生分组读。并对前面已学的几个单词进行回顾,及时给相应组奖励
⑵ T: Who is father’s\mother’s brother?
Ss:叔叔\伯伯……
T: In English ,it’s “uncle”.
用彩色粉笔板书在提前画好的四线格上, 跟师练习读。
分组读。并对前面已学的几个单词进行回顾,及时给相应组奖励
⑶ 为了学生更好地了解这两个词汇的英汉差异,学唱一个歌谣:
T: Uncle, uncle 本领大,叔伯舅舅没叫差,
Aunt, aunt 也不差,姨婶姑姑都用它。
Ss: … …
4、教学cousin
⑴T: Who is my aunt’s son (儿子)\daughter (女儿)?
Who is my uncle’s son \daughter ?
Ss: … …
T: 表兄弟、表姐妹,In English , it’s cousin .
学生伸手指拼读书空,师用彩色粉笔板书在提前画好的四线格上。
跟师练习读。生接龙读。从各组中抽查部分学生认读这个单词
5、Listen to the tape .(课件,无多媒体者可用录音机)
T: Open your books,and turn to page…
⑴ The first time , just listen and point.
⑵ The second time , listen, point and repeat.
⑶ Practice the words in groups .(学生们以小组为单位练习这些单词)
⑷ 师指黑板上的单词让学生速读或教师出示单词卡,让学生认读单词。
(5)看口型猜单词
三、趣味操练(Practice)
1、口耳相传。
2、火眼金睛。课件:生抢读迅速划过的单词(无多媒体的,让生抢读师手中的词卡)
四、扩展性活动(Add-activities)
1、Checking time
2、描述幸福之家Come and meet my family!
T: I have a happy family .Let’s read it together .(看课件或小黑板读)
Do you want to describe your family ? Take out your family photo . Introduce your family to your classmates in groups .
Introduce your family.(介绍你自己的家庭)
Hi, friends. I am . Meet my family. This is my .He/She is… He/She has…I love my family!
学生们向其他组员介绍自己的全家福。并找部分学生到讲台上介绍,可以参考大屏幕或小黑板。注意奖励。
五、总结、情感提升

T:What do you want to say to your father and mother?
T: F (is) for father,A (is) for and,M (is) for mother,I (is) for I,L (is) for love, Y (is) for you. Father and mother I love you!
T: I love my mother ,I love my father …I love my family. (师同时在词汇的上方板书family.以完善板书)
T: Do you love your family?
Ss: Yes .
T: Let’s enjoy a poem .OK?
Family is like the books.
Always teaches me ,
To be a good child,
A child with love.(师生情并茂地朗读此诗)
六、家庭作业
Read the new words.(读读今天所学单词)
Copy the words for 4 times.(每个单词抄写四遍)
Finish a family tree and make a introduction to your classmates.
