2、:能较好地运用状语从句,能正确组织包含状语从句的复合句。三、德育目标:培养分析问题解决问题的能力,学会竞争和合作,建立自信心和集体荣誉感。四、情感目标:通过学习调动学习积极性,使学生体会到英语的趣味和实用性。五、重点难点:提高学生对语法复习的兴趣和积极性,较好地掌握状语从句的用法,理解状语从句,运用知识点解题。六、学情分析语法向来是学生头痛的一项内容,而状语从句在历来的中考试题中都有所体现,因此,掌握这一内容显得尤其重要。我所教的班级学生为重点班学生,但有的英语的基础比较差,再加上语法学习基本以呈现理论为主再辅以练习,相对枯燥,学生兴趣不够,容易分散注意力,所以应溶入一些新的教学元素。这个年龄

3、的学生争强好胜,喜欢新事物,于是我考虑借用大家感兴趣的话题通过竞争法、音像法等促进学生的热情,增强学习的效果。七、教学方法以学生为主体,尝试创新思维,联系社会采用讨论、协作、探究、竞争的教学模式,引导学生灵活运用所学语法知识。八、教学手段利用多媒体计算机、网络资源、自制音像等创设教学情景、问题情景,扩大教学容量,增强教学的趣味性和时效性。九、教学课时:一课时十、教学过程Step 1: Show the students a flash about the usage of adverbials and also draw the students attention.Step 2: The s

4、tudents will learn the 9 kinds of adverbials and their conjunctions.状语从句 (The Adverbial Clause)一什么是状语从句?状语从句在句中作状语,修饰主句中的动词、形容词或副词等 在复合句中作状语的句子叫做状语从句。状语从句放在主句之前时,常用逗号分开;放在主句之后,一般不用逗号。二状语从句的种类: 1. 时间状语从句:常用的连词有:when, as, while, before, after, since, till (until), as soon as, hardlywhen, no soonerthan

5、, the moment 等。 * 时间状语从句一般不用将来时,因此,主句若为将来时,时间状语从句要用一般现在时。Ill go on with the work when I come back tomorrow.As soon as I finish the work, Ill go to see you.*连词 when/ as / while表示“当的时候”,但是有区别。1) When 强调特定时间。例如:When spring came, he felt like a trip.2) While表示的时间是一段,而不是一点。While有时还有对比的含义,意为而。 a) While I

6、was waiting for the bus, I met with a friend. b) Some people waste food while others havent enough.(表示对比,意为而) 3) as多用在口语中,强调同时或“一前一后”,有时还有“随着”的含义。As modern industry is developing, there is more and more pollution. (随着)As I was going out, it began to rain. (强调两个动作先后发生)翻译:Strike while the iron is hot.

8、实条件句) 将来有可能发生的事件 If the rain stops, the match will begin. 建议或命令某人做某事,提出建议或请求。If she comes, phone me.2. Second conditional(虚拟条件句) 想象的,将来不可能发生的事。If the sun stopped shining, plants would disappear. 现在不可能存在的状态。If I lived closer to school, I wouldnt have to get up so early.3. 地点状语从句:一般由where, wherever, a

9、nywhere等引导。 In the future, well be able to use modern technology to go anywhere we like. Wherever he went he carried a notebook around with him, in which he wrote down his ideas.4. 原因状语从句:通常由because, since, as, now that等引导。 Since his music style is new, he decided his hairstyle had to be new too.既然他

11、 see it again.6. 方式状语从句:由as, (just) as so, as it, as though, the way, how等引导。As water is to fish, so air is to man. 人离不开空气,就像鱼儿离不开水。Sometimes he acts as though he doesnt even love us at all.7. 让步状语从句:由though, although, as, whether, even if, even though, however whatever, no matter how / what / who等引
