二、合同内容：

1. Party A promises to provide photography/videography services as requested by Party B at the agreed time and location.
2. Party B shall cooperate with Party A to complete the shooting at the agreed time and location. Any delay or change in schedule should be discussed with Party A in advance.
3. Ownership of the photography and videography works belongs to Party A, and Party B only has the right to reasonable use, which cannot be used for commercial purposes without Party A’s consent.
4. Copyright of the photography and videography works belongs to Party A, and Party B is not allowed to alter or infringe upon Party A’s copyright.
5. If a force majeure event prevents either party from fulfilling their obligations under the contract, the party affected is exempt from liability, but should promptly notify the other party and make efforts to minimize losses.
6. The contract comes into effect from the date of signing and sealing by both parties until the service is completed and payment is made.
7. For matters not covered by the contract, both parties may sign a supplementary agreement, which shall have equal legal force as this contract.

1. Party A promises to provide photography/videography services as requested by Party B and complete the service within the agreed timeframe.
2. Party B shall maintain order at the shooting location, cooperate with Party A, and ensure good shooting results.
3. Party A shall deliver qualified photography and videography works within the agreed timeframe. If there are quality issues, Party B has the right to request a reshoot or a refund.
