5、rpose of developing effective promotion plans.Article 2 Promotion Content2.1 Promotion methods include but are not limited to online promotion, offline promotion, event planning, etc., with specific content to be determined through mutual agreement.2.2 Party A shall execute the promotion activities

6、according to the agreed promotion plan, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the promotion.Article 3 Remuneration3.1 Party As remuneration shall be settled based on the promotion effectiveness or sales volume, with specific settlement standards to be separately agreed upon.3.2 In case Party B f

7、ails to pay the remuneration on time, Party A has the right to suspend the promotion activities until the payment is received.Article 4 Confidentiality Clause4.1 Both parties shall keep commercial secrets and shall not disclose cooperation details to any third party without written consent from the

11、方提供推广策略和方向。第二条 推广范围2.1 推广范围覆盖线上线下各个渠道,包括但不限于社交媒体、广告投放、活动策划等,确保促进产品/服务的知名度和销量。2.2 甲方应及时反馈推广效果和市场反馈,与乙方密切合作,共同完善推广计划和战略。第三条 结算方式3.1 甲方将根据推广效果或销售额的实际情况结算报酬,结算时间为每月底或双方约定的时间节点。3.2 乙方应在结算期限内支付合作报酬,逾期未付将导致甲方暂停推广活动,直至收到应付款项。第四条 保密条款4.1 双方应对涉及商业机密和合作细节的信息进行保密,未经对方书面同意不得泄露给第三方。第五条 违约责任5.1 若一方违约,应承担相应的违约责任并赔偿

16、bility and sales.2.2 Party A shall provide timely feedback on the promotion results and market feedback, closely cooperating with Party B to refine the promotion plan and strategy.Article 3 Settlement Method3.1 Party A shall settle the remuneration based on the actual promotion results or sales volu

17、me, with settlements made at the end of each month or at a mutually agreed timeline.3.2 Party B shall pay the cooperation remuneration within the settlement deadline, failure to do so will result in Party A suspending the promotion activities until the due payment is received.Article 4 Confidentiali

18、ty Clause4.1 Both parties shall keep confidential information related to business secrets and cooperation details, and shall not disclose such information to any third party without written consent from the other party.Article 5 Breach of Contract Liability5.1 In the event of a breach of contract by
