管理科学与运筹学(MS/OR)国际期刊最新权威排名
首先声明：这份MS/OR国际期刊排名是完全根据2011年JCR（Journal Citation Reports）的Article Influence Score（AIS）而给出的。所以，这份榜单仅仅是转载JCR的MS/OR ranking而已。

目前为止，最有说服力的期刊排名标准是AIS。根据JCR的官方说明，Article Influence Score作如下解释：The Article Influence determines the average influence of a journal's articles over the first five years after publication。也就是说，一个期刊的AIS是指这个期刊上的文章在其发表后的5年内的平均影响力。另外，AIS比5-year impact factor更具说服力；例如，Operations Research 的5-year impact factor不见得能排进前5，但是AIS仍然是超高的，这代表Operations Research 是个极具影响力的期刊（这当然是废话）。

废话不说了，MS/OR国际期刊最新权威排名：

A+期刊/超一流期刊
1. Management Science （AIS=2.508）
  众望所归的老大--MS，毫无争议。
2. Mathematical Programming (1.997)
  数学优化领域的顶级期刊，能发表的话，绝对是A+的水平。
3. Manufacturing & Service Operations Management (1.895)
  这个期刊可以视为Management Science 的妹妹或弟弟，文章的深度与MS差不多。也许独创性方面不如MS，相信算作A+期刊是稍有争议的。但是本文的特点就是看AIS数据来排名，不带感情色彩滴。
4. Journal of Operations Management (1.892)
   这个期刊排进A+相信是有争议的，尤其对那些玩数学的学者而言，但是数据在那没办法。这个期刊偏向实证研究，发表周期很长，发表难度也很大。在美国很难排进A+的行列，但是欧洲和中国都视为A+。你光数学玩的好，人家还不要你呢。
5. Operations Research (1.832)
绝对的A+期刊，大家耳熟能详的的两个名字：MS和OR，不多说了。
6. Mathematics of Operations Research （1.573）
   运筹学领域的顶级期刊，也许可能大概比OR稍稍能简单一点点。

A类期刊/一流期刊
7. Transportation Science （1.421）
   交通运输领域顶级期刊，常年排名第一。偏数学方法，更倾向于物流/供应链的研究方向。
8. Transportation Research Part B: Methodological （1.407）
   交通运输领域顶级期刊，常年排名老二，不过近年来有赶超Transportation Science的趋势。偏数学方法，更倾向于交通运输方法与技术，以及与交通相关的土木研究方向，比transportation science更注重应用。
9. Production and Operations Management (1.187)
   运营管理领域的顶级期刊，个人觉得这个期刊的影响力不如JOM，但是明显比JOM倚重数学方法。
10. Omega--international journal of management science （1.168）
   尽管不少人的第一印象是：哇，这个期刊的IF超高，比起MS就多了个IJ（Omega=IJMS），但是水平明显不如MS和OR。但是排进A类期刊绝对没有争议，发表这个期刊还是有难度的。
11. Computational Optimization and Applications （1.064）
   计算算法和优化模型领域的权威期刊。
12. INFORMS Journal on Computing （1.055）
   运筹学与计算科学交互领域的权威期刊（根据informs官网说明）。
13. Journal of Quality Technology (1.037)

14. System and Control Letters (0.976)
   自动化与控制领域的顶级期刊之一，感觉应该没有Automatica厉害。But，为什么自动化与控制跑进MS/OR领域了？？

B+期刊/权威期刊
15. Computers & Operations Research (0.965)
   MS/OR领域权威期刊，接受很多细分领域（如库存，物流，城市规划，交通，投资策略等等）的文章，偏向数值分析。
   ----（因为COR这个期刊，我还相对比较了解，而且 System and Control Letters 是自动化与控制领域的顶级期刊之一，所以我把A类期刊和B+期刊的分水岭设在这。）
16. OR Spectrum （0.965）
   OR领域权威期刊。
17. IIE Transactions （0.935）
   工业工程领域的顶级期刊，注意：是顶级哦。但是根据AIS，只能排在这。
18. European Journal of Operational Research (0.927)
    MS/OR领域权威期刊，几乎接受MS/OR各个细分领域的文章，方法上偏数学和数值仿真。其实这个期刊算是很好的，欧洲很多学校都视为A类（我去荷兰开会的时候，不少与会者这么说）。但是这个期刊的特点是：一年出版的文章数量达400-500篇，所以难免出现良莠不齐的情况。这个期刊有点像国内的综合类大学，什么科系都有，而且各个科系都还不错（但也都不算顶级）。另外，国内比较看重这个期刊！！
19. Naval Research Logistics (0.919)
   工业工程领域的准顶级期刊，注意：是准顶级。
20. Journal of Scheduling （0.894）
    Scheduling领域权威期刊。话说回来，涉及scheduling的期刊有OR，EJOR，COR等等。
21. Transportation Research Part E：Logistics and Transportation Review （0.865）
   交通领域权威期刊。文章接收率比Transportation Research Part B 高太多了。
22. Reliability Engineering & System Safety （0.860）
    领域：复杂技术系统的安全性与可靠性。

    OR领域权威期刊，文章较短，数学要求高，比较难发啊。点评：别看是letter，其实不简单。
31. International Journal of Production Economics （0.711）
    MS/OR领域权威期刊，与EJOR极像，都是荷兰的期刊，IJPE一年的文章数量300-400篇（比EJOR少100篇左右），IF近年来2左右。审稿较慢（本人切身体会）。所在领域比EJOR稍窄一些，主要是MS/OR，工业工程，工程制造。与EJOR一样，国内比较重视这个期刊！！

    决策支持系统领域的权威期刊。与EJOR，IJPE类似，这个期刊的影响因子不低。 

B类期刊/优秀期刊
（下面的期刊就不废话了，也不加链接了，只列期刊名为主。另外，以Decision Support System 作为B+与B类期刊的分水岭，纯属个人意见。）

  据说是人类历史上OR领域最早的期刊。

  这个期刊的影响因子常年很高(IF>2)，但是影响力一般，这也是我为什么看重AIS作为期刊排名标准的原因啊。

  这个期刊绝对是个奇迹，在MS/OR领域很少很少见的出现：近几年来，每年文章的出版数量都在1500左右，文章较短，2011年更是达到1709篇，天 呐。但是5-year影响因子仍然大于2。我只能说是个奇迹~~谁知道答案告诉我。另外，国内很重视这个期刊！！难道是因为高的影响因子和高的文章接受率？

  这个期刊很出名的。最近10年，期刊的文章水平下降很厉害。每年的文章接受量为300-400篇，与IJPE相当。但是无论是5-year影响因子，还是 论文质量（AIS）都飞速下降。在MS/OR，及工业工程IE领域，以往较出名的三大权威期刊有：EJOR，IJPE，IJPR。虽然许多人都认为这至少 是B类期刊，但是这么多年的数据摆在那,多少还是令人唏嘘啊。在2011年的中科院给出的SCI分区排到了4区（这简直难以置信）。必须承认中科院给出的 SCI分区就是垃圾，但JCR的排名以及SJR的排名都排的很低。
ASIA-PACIFIC JOURNAL OF OPERATIONAL RESEARCH
疑点：
1. Decision Sciences应该排在A类期刊，但是这个期刊应算作为MIS领域。MIS领域的其他期刊就不说了。
2. C&IE应该排在B类期刊。
3. IEEE on Engineering Management应该排在B类期刊。
4. 还有与MS/OR“相邻”领域的其他权威期刊,如Marketing Science（虽是marketing领域，如能发表，定是A+）。

SCI收录期刊——运筹学与管理科学学科
SCI、SSCI均收录运筹学与管理科学期刊，截至到2008年10月SCI收录运筹学与管理科学学科期刊68种，SCI、SSCI共同收录运筹学与管理科学期刊11种，其中出版地为美国的运筹学与管理科学期刊20种、英国19种、荷兰17、德国4种、瑞士、新加坡各2种、中国、加拿大、西班牙各1种。
2005-2008年10月31日SCI共收录至少有一位中国作者（不包括台湾）的论文353572篇，其中运筹学与管理科学学科论文2317篇（0.64845%），2008年794篇（0.8306 %），2007年603篇（0.6360 %），2006年489篇（0.5684 %），2005年431篇（0.5588 %）。
2317篇论文包括学术论文2069篇、会议论文163篇、社论48篇、评论23篇、更正11篇。
2005-2008年10月中国研究论文主要发表在以下几种SCI收录的运筹学与管理科学期刊上：中国的JOURNAL OF SYSTEMS ENGINEERING AND ELECTRONICS《系统工程与电子技术》发文最多为269篇，EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF OPERATIONAL RESEARCH 《欧洲运筹学杂志》233篇，JOURNAL OF OPTIMIZATION THEORY AND APPLICATIONS 《优选法理论与应用杂志》117篇，INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF PRODUCTION RESEARCH 《国际生产研究杂志》144篇，EXPERT SYSTEMS WITH APPLICATIONS 《专家系统及其应用》110篇，JOURNAL OF GLOBAL OPTIMIZATION《全局最优化杂志》97篇， INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF PRODUCTION ECONOMICS《国际生产经济学杂志》91篇， INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SYSTEMS SCIENCE 《国际系统科学杂志》88篇，JOURNAL OF INDUSTRIAL AND MANAGEMENT OPTIMIZATION 《工业与管理最优化杂志》84篇，COMPUTERS & OPERATIONS RESEARCH 《计算机与运筹学研究》64篇。
