This happened to coincide with the designing and constructing concept of Circular Economy Industry Park which was approved and constructed by Beijing municipal Government as pleasurably surprising the world and spurring extreme echo and favorable reception.If Pavilion enters Beijing Chaoyang Circular Economy Industrial Park, the pictures, texts, videos and other materials exhibited in the pavilion will be maintained and managed by related government department, originally succeed and carry forward the pavilion and represent regional economy, culture and civilization, moreover, better exert the functions of science popularization, publicity and education of the environment-friendly Pavilion relying on the industrial park, meanwhile, deepen the environmental protection concept of the industrial park and help the industrial park become an ecological business card of Chaoyang District even Beijing City, show the environment-friendly and green elements of the pavilion by vivid and interesting scenes, and improve peoples recognition of protecting nature and environment and rationally utilizing resources. We will integrate such advantageous resources to let the industrial park become a tourism demonstration park in the theme of environmental protection, low carbon and circular economy. The proposal has obtained the powerful support of the municipal government, and will not only improve the popularity of the industrial park but also bring a new economic growth point for the industrial park. After project implementation, the new pavilion can accommodate a certain number of teachers and students of colleges and universities as well as primary schools and high schools for teaching practice and visit every year. In the natural big classroom, teenagers can learn more knowledge about solid waste treatment, ecological protection, resource protection and utilization and others through personal experience and witness, and cultivate their consciousness of natural resource protection, earth care and homestead protection since their childhood. (I) Harmony of architectural appearanceThrough preliminary investigation, we found that Australia Pavilion is consistent with the overall style and development concept of the industrial park in both architectural appearance and exhibition concept. Featuring sculptured curving walls and a red ochre exterior, the Australia Pavilions appearance is inspired by the world-famous Ayers Rock. The color of the pavilions red facade is made from the use of a special kind of steel, which is commonly used in Australia cities. It will change colors responding to the temperature and humidity of Shanghai Among existing large-sized garbage treatment facilities of the industrial park, trash burning power plant is a symbolic building, and the gray architectural appearance of the plant is harmonious and interactive with the color of Australia Pavilion, additionally the plant also combines urban domestic garbage treatment with circular economy concept exhibition in view of function. Moreover, the unique design concept of Australia Pavilion also points out a good direction for the future development of the industrial park, the scientific research and environmental protection education center in progress and other supporting facilities in the surroundings will be constructed in unified style. V. Scheme for dismantlement and move of pavilionWith respect to time for dismantlement and move of pavilion, we will invite professional building construction unit as construction party for implementation. Within the period, we will assist construction party to carry out specific dismantlement and move in accordance with time required by Australia and Expo Bureau. All expenses incurred in dismantlement and move are to be afforded by our party.
