5、位电气专业检查电气来两路电源的线路相间绝缘及总开关对地绝缘(用摇表),符合要求后先合一路UPS电源,在DCS配电柜内测量电源品质,包括电压及频率,没有问题后合上配电柜内总开关,测量总开关的出口(输出电压)是否满足要求,若没有问题再把DCS配电柜内总开关断开。用同样方法再检查电气来的另一路电源。两路都没有问题后,都合上,再检查DCS配电柜内总开关的输出电压品质,没有问题后,电气送至DCS配电柜成功。(如果有两路的话,也可能当前只有一路临时电源经过UPS送至DCS配电柜): 6 t1 L- C; f: y s二、第二步各I/O控制柜受电:应该先检查各控制机柜的信号地及系统地的接地情况,并记录数据,

6、检查DCS配电柜内各空开的单相对地绝缘及相间绝缘(用万用表量一下电阻即可),把所有I/O卡件拔出其浮空(以后根据试运进度选择逐个卡件投入运行,例如明天准备转引风机,线也接完了,量一下现场来的信号没有强电压及强电流后才可以投入卡件)。没有问题后逐个控制机柜送电,也是先送一路,检查电源品质没问题且DPU状态指示灯显示正常后,断开再合另一路,没问题后再两路都合上,再检查双电源供电时的电源品质。- Y+ O* |( C. O- t+ e三、第三步各MMI上位机受电:也是先检查DCS配电柜内空开绝缘及线路绝缘,没问题后先合一路再合另一路,最后两路都合上。! L! v* r5 z- i2 l# l3 d%

7、 Y5 C四、第四步网络交换机受电:同上。正常后在上位机查看网络状况是否正常。3 n2 w: U; ; E7 O R五、整个DCS系统所有部件都上电正常后(包括检查直流部分的供电及输出是否正常),进行电源冗余试验及网络冗余试验1 $ ?. p/ A; B- r$ o, I L六、受电过程中应记录各种数据,包括电气至DCS配电柜的电源电压等品质,线路相间绝缘,总开关对地绝缘,控制柜的信号地及安全地的接地电阻,电子间内的温度湿度等,将来写报告及存档用。包括检查DCS配电柜内各小空气开关的相间及对地绝缘(这个用万用表大体测量一下电阻即可),检查各控制柜内接地线与接地铜排连接是否紧密。3 ?0 & o

8、8 B; % v) S/ T; k七、组织分工要明确,包括调试所、电建单位、DCS厂家、监理等单位,谁指挥谁操作谁监护都要明确,确保通讯联系畅通,一有问题马上能快速处理(一般问题不大,但现场首次受电也可能存在些不确定因素),包括两个专业热工与电气(电气只负责把两路合格电源送至DCS配电柜),要有可操作性比较强的受电方案步骤,受电前要进行详细的交底会议,明确各岗位职责,避免误操作。Commission scheme for DCS recovery circuit1 调试目的Debugging purpose1.1 本调试方案规定了分散控制系统(DCS)现场复原通电试验项目及内容;This de

11、制系统(DCS)系统设计结构、配置数量、厂家Decentralized control system (DCS) system design structure, allocate numerical measure, manufacturer分散控制系统(DCS)采用新华的OC4000分散控制系统。实现模拟量控制系统(MCS)、辅机顺序控制系统(SCS)、锅炉燃烧管理(BMS)、数据采集和处理系统(DAS)、汽机调速系统(DEH)、停车保护系统(ESD)空压站、吹灰程序控制等多功能一体化控制;Decentralized control system (DCS) uses OC400 dece

30、erate with them.4、现场实施DCS复原通电调试必备条件The necessary condition of DCS distribution recovery4.1 电子设备间和工程师室内装修完成;室内设有防尘措施;防静电地砖已安装;环境温度在045之间,环境湿度4090;Completely renovate the electronic equipments house and engineers house; use dust prevention; erect conductive ground tile; the temperature is during 0 to

31、45 and the dampness is 40-90%;4.2 DCS系统机柜和接地柜安装完工;设备电源、网络通讯电缆敷设完成并接通;工作站安装完成;Erect DCS cabinet and earth connection cabinet completely; lay down and put through the device power supply and network connection electric cable; erect active station; 4.3 UPS采用施工临时电源供电;UPS至DCS的供电系统安装完成;UPS use temporary s

32、ource; the feed system of UPS to DCS finish ;4.4 接地系统安装完成,接地电阻4。接地点20米内不能有大的电流输入点。The grounded system finish, the electric resistance is less than 4.There is no big current flow to enter point beside 20 meters from earth point.4.5 机柜底部电缆孔已堵隔。The electric cable which on the bottom of cabinet has been

33、 4.6 复原通电期间工作场地管理制度已编制颁发。During the time of distribution recovery, work out and issue the management system on site.4.7仪器准备:数字万用表两块,1级;接地电阻测试仪一块,1.5级;对讲机;普通万用表;高精度电压电流信号发生器;高精度频率信号发生器和频率测试仪器;高精度热偶信号发生器;高精度热阻信号发生器;验电笔;螺丝刀和制作通灯所需材料等。Prepare device:2 number universal meter,1 grade;1 earth resistance,1.

The switchover time of reserve supply should be in 5s.5 技术要求及步骤Technical requirement and process5.1 准备工作Preparation5.1.1参加设计联络会,掌握DCS系统的设计过程;Take part in design comm

36、unication conference, know about the design process of DCS;5.1.2参加DCS系统的工程师培训和组态;Take part in the engineer training and configuration of DCS;5.1.3参加DCS系统的出厂验收工作;Take part in the factory-checking of DCS;5.1.4审核制造厂家提供的I/O清单、逻辑图、SAMA图等资料,提出设计修改意见;Examine and verify I/O list, logic chart and SAMA drawin

37、gs and design modification which is provided by manufacturer;5.2 实施过程(关键点)Starting process (key point)5.2.1 完成系统的盘间电源电缆,通讯网络,工程师站,操作员站,I/O卡件恢复安装;5.2.2核查接地电阻测试报告是否4,测试接地系统联接是否良好;Check the report of the earth resistance is whether less than 4 and whether the connection of the earth resistance is good;

38、5.2.3 DCS系统首次上电,投入各电源模件的电源开关,用万用表测试电源模件的输出直流电压,观察电源模件的状态指示灯。指示灯状态应正确,输出电压值应在厂家说明书规定的范围内。如果出现错误状态指示,应进行停电检查,处理完后再重新送电。填写机柜送电检查测试纪录。安装恢复工作站、SM201的软件;恢复系统正常运行;If the DCS is the first time to electrify, the power switch of power moudle should be put into running, measure the output DC by universal meter

39、 and observe the status indicator of power moudle. The state of indicator should be correct, and the output voltage is in the range of instruction manual supplied by manufacturer. If not, cut off the power and have a check, supply power again after the problem is handled. Then,fill the check and mea

40、suring record for the cabinet power supplying. Install and recover the working station and SM201 software; recover the system to normal running;5.2.4 DCS系统硬件测试;Check the hardware of DCS; 5.2.4.1采用信号发生器从DCS系统卡件上送入信号,在CRT画面上读出数据,记录并计算出精度误差;Use the signal-generator from DCS card to enter signal, read d

41、ata from CRT frame and make the record, calculate accuracy error.5.2.5数据公路的检查测试,通讯系统、通讯接口;Check data road, communication system and communication interface;5.2.5.1采用通讯网络检查仪检查各通讯网络线及接口是否正常;Use communication network equipment to check each communication network line and interface.5.2.5.2检查各通讯接口的接线联接是否

42、正确;Check each communication interface.5.2.5.3在系统画面中观察通讯网络工作是否正常;Observe the communication network from system frame.5.2.5.4切断冗余网络中的任意一条网线,检查各通讯数据及操作是否正常。Cut off any gauze wire from redundancy net, check each communication data and operation.5.2.6 DCS系统性能检查;Check the nature of DCS;5.2.6.1SM201切换试验。强制

43、复位一对冗余DPU中的主DPU,检查是否自动切换至从DPU工作,切换过程是否无扰动;SM201 throw-over experiment. Forcible resetting the main DPU from double redundancy DPU, checking whether it can work to DFU automatic, the process is whether undisturbed.5.2.6.2模件可维护性试验。任意拔出一块I/O卡件,检查对系统的其它部分是否有影响;Modular unit maintainability experiment. Ch

44、oose any of the I/O card willfully, check other section have been effect. 5.2.6.3模拟量信号实时性测试。按不同采样周期各选36点,加入模拟量信号进行测试;The analog quantity signal which can get at any time. Use different sampling period to choose 3 to 6 points, add modular unit signal to test.5.2.6.4 CRT画面响应时间测试。通过键盘或球标切换操作员站CRT画面,记录从

45、最后一个调用操作完成到画面全部内容显示的时间;CRT frame response time experiment. Through keyboard or ball mark to throw-over the CRT frame of operation station, record from the last call to the time of the whole frame.5.2.7报表打印功能试验 test of report form printing functionl 启动报表定时打印功能,检查定时打印的报表格式、内容和时间应符合要求。Start up report f

46、orm printing function, check whether the format, content and time of the form which is printed periodically accord with the requirementl 通过功能键盘或轨迹球鼠标,在操作员站上选中系统内所有报表,并触发随机 (召唤)打印功能,系统应立即打印选中的报表,检查报表格式、内容应符合要求,时间正确。Choose all the report forms on operation station by functional keyboard or trackball/m

47、ouse, and trigger(call) the stochastic printing function, the system will print the chosen report form, check whether the format, content and time of report form accord with the requirement.l 系统通电启动后,模拟事件追忆触发开关量点动作,检查事件追忆报表打印应正常,数据和触发开关量点动作前后时间应正确。After the system is energized, simulate that matters tracking causes the spot action of switching value, check whether the print function
