As student, we have classes from early morning till late afternoon.Therefore, to take a ten­minute break between classes is of great important.Otherwise, we may feel tiring both physically and mentally. During the ten­minute break we should do something to get rid of tiredness and should not do anything which will make us be too excited.What we need to do is a real rest instead of get too excited. I usually did some simple exercise during my ten­minute break. Sometime I have a free chat with my classmates or just take a short walk. For a result, I always feel freshly in the next class.
