微课结合PBL教学法在血液内科临床见习中的探索 周畅 姜丽波 刘娜 徐明瀚 隋慧颖 摘 要：目的：研究微课结合PBL教学法在血液内科临床见习中的应用效果，尤其分析該教学法对学生综合能力的影响。方法：本次研究中的观察主体为齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学系的本科学生，均于本院血液科见习，按照入院时间的先后顺序，将2016级学生40人作为对照组，2017级学生40人作为实验组。对照组采用传统教学模式带教，实验组采用微课结合PBL教学法带教。结果：实验组见习生不仅在授课后病例分析成绩、自我导向学习能力高于对照组，P0.05，综合能力更是显著高于对照组，P0.05。结论：微课结合PBL教学法在血液内科临床见习中的效果显著，特别是对学生综合能力的提升具有明显的效果。关键词：血液内科 临床见习 微课 PBL教学法中图分类号：G642 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-098X（2021）06（a）-0128-03The Exploration of Microclass Combined with PBL Teaching Method in Clinical Probation of Hematology MedicineZHOU Chang JIANG Libo LIU Na XU Minghan SUI Huiying（The Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College， Qiqihar， Heilongjiang Province， 161006 China）Abstract： Objective： To study the application effect of micro-class combined with PBL teaching method in clinical probation of hematology medicine， especially to analyze the influence of this teaching method on students comprehensive ability.
