Cultivation Plan for Major of Construction Management
一、培养目标：
1. Cultivation Goal:
本专业培养适应现代科学技术与经济发展需要，德、智、体、美全面发展，掌握土木工程技术及与工程管理相关的管理、经济和法律等基本知识，获得工程师基本训练，具有良好的科学文化素养、实践能力、创新能力的工程管理应用型专业人才。
The program is designed to cultivate comprehensive and balanced construction management professional personnel for application. After he receives it, he can adapt himself to development of modern science technology and economy, possess a sound knowledge of civil engineering, economics and laws in the field of engineering management, basic engineer training, excellent science and culture quality, ability of practice and perceptual ideas of innovation.
二、基本规格：
2. Basic Requirements:
本专业毕业生应具备以下几方面的知识和能力：
1、掌握土木工程技术知识；
2、掌握相关的管理理论和方法；
3、掌握相关的经济理论；
4、掌握相关的法律、法规；
5、具有综合运用上述四个方面的知识从事工程管理的基本能力；
6、具有阅读工程管理专业英语文献的基本能力；
7、具有运用计算机辅助解决工程管理问题的能力；
8、具有初步的科学研究能力。
Graduates should acquire knowledge and abilities as follow：
1. Knowledge of civil engineering;
2. Knowledge and skills of management;
3. Knowledge of related theories of economics;
4. Knowledge about the related laws and regulations;
5. Ability to apply the above-mentioned knowledge to project management;
6. Ability to read the foreign documents about this subject;
7. Skills to solve problems in construction management with the aid of a computer;
8. Skills to scientific research;

学制：标准学制4年；弹性学制3～7年。

六、授予学位及毕业学分要求：
6. Credit requirements of degree and graduation
本专业的学生，在校期间必须修满本培养方案所规定的175学分方能毕业。其中必修课140.5学分，专业选修课24.5学分，其它选修课10学分（其中包括全校公共选修课6学分）。
Students shall earn no less than 175credits within the duration of academic study, respectively 140.5 credits for compulsory courses, 24.5 credits for professional elective courses, and 10 credits for other elective courses (including 6 credits of common electives).
符合国家学位规定和河南工业大学学位授予条件者，授予管理学士学位。
Those who can satisfy national stipulations of academic degree and the requirements of Henan University of Technology degree, shall be granted with Management Bachelor Degree.

8. Teaching Schedule:
（一）通识课程
（A）General Courses
说明：
（1）思想政治类课程、职业发展与就业指导按照学校统一规定执行。
Arrange political course in line with university。
（2）英语修读应满足16个学分。入学新生经分级考试后，分为两种情况：第一种修读英语A一、英语A二、英语A三、英语A四；第二种可直接修读英语A二、英语A三、英语A四，并在提高组中选修4个学分。
（2）The men must acquire 16 credits. After examination, the freshmen can be divided two types. The first can studies the English A1, English A2, English A3, English A4, the second can directly study English A2, English A3, English A4, but he must get 4 credits in the advanced groups.
（3）推荐学习高等数学BⅡ.
The man can study Advanced Mathematics AⅡ.
（4）计算机类课程中，总学分至少达到7个学分。其中，Ⅰ组选修2个学分，获得计算机基础知识；Ⅱ组选修3个学分，获得程序开发知识；Ⅲ组中，推荐学习管理信息系统。
The men must acquire 7 credits in computer lessons. Namely, he can get 2 credits in computer Ⅰ groups and get 3credits in computer Ⅱ groups with studying management information system in Ⅲ groups.
（5）第二课堂的范围为：   国际、国家、省部级、市、学校、学院、社会、企业组织的各项活动或项目；科研成果；有关的新闻媒体报道。第二课堂实践教学学分见下表，表中未包含事项由学院认定并参照计算学分。
The second lesson included: Firstly, the action or project organized by international, country, province, city, university, school, society and enterprise. Secondly, the achievement of science and technology; the media reports. The scores about second lesson is explained in the following tables, and the new case which is not found in the table is decided and calculated the score by the school.

取得造价员、施工员等职业资格
Acquired the cost men and the construction men, etc.
每个职业资格计2分，每人最多计算一个职业资格。
One Professional Qualification’s value is two credits, but everyone only award one qualification.

获得河南省省级奖励
Acquired the Henan province commend.
一等奖计5分、二等奖计4分、三等奖计2分，其余鼓励奖项计1分。
He can get 5 /4/3/1 credits in according with first, second, third and spirit.

获得教育部以上奖励
Acquired the Education Department commend.
可计算6分
Six credits.

获得省级表彰和校级表彰
Acquired the province and university encourage.
个人获得省级计算3分、校级计算2分；获得集体称号中成员可计算0.5分
The person can get 3/2 in the line of province /university. If the encourage is a collective honor, the member can get 0.5 scores.
7
校内科技文化大赛
University science and technology match.
提交的作品符合比赛要求的，每次可获得0.5学分；作品获得奖励者一等奖记3学分、二等奖记2学分、三等奖记1学分。
When the products corresponded the match command, he can get 0.5 scores. Or else, he can get 3/2/1 credits provided he get first, second or third.
8
在国家正规出版杂志、报纸上发表新闻报道和论文，其中专业论文应满足2000字
News reports and papers in country magazine, and as major paper the words must surpass 2000.
发表和我校有关正面文章计算2分（不含新闻通稿）；发表专业论文计2分
He can get 2 credits, but the reports must be positive.
9
利用假期参加科技、文化、卫生“三下乡”活动
Join the action which means send the science and technology, culture and health to countryside
由学院团总支认定，并附有组织单位的名单、鉴定，本人撰写总结报告的，计算1分。
One credit, with the organization’ acknowledgment.

社会、大型企业举办的专业知识大赛
The society or enterprises’ match.
署名河南工业大学的第一名计算3分，第二名计算2分，第三名计算1分
He can get 3/2/1 credits in according with first, second, third, but he must state he is HAUT.

事迹被国家、省、市、校媒体报道的。
The men is reported by newspaper or internet country, province, city and university.
分别计4分、3分、2分和1分
He can get 4/3/2/1 credits, by newspaper or internet country, province, city and university.

专业选修课分为三个课程组，学生须从中任选两个，第三个课程组则自动转化为选修课程。

一、     活动目的：
书是人类的朋友，书是人类进步的阶梯！为了拓宽学生的知识面，通过开展“和书交朋友，遨游知识大海洋”系列读书活动，激发学生读书的兴趣，让每一个学生都想读书、爱读书、会读书，从小养成热爱书籍，博览群书的好习惯，并在读书实践活动中陶冶情操，获取真知，树立理想！
二、活动目标：
1、通过活动，建立起以学校班级、个人为主的班级图书角和个人小书库。
2、通过活动，在校园内形成热爱读书的良好风气。
3、通过活动，使学生养成博览群书的好习惯。
4、通过活动，促进学生知识更新、思维活跃、综合实践能力的提高。
三、活动实施的计划
1、 做好读书登记簿
（1） 每个学生结合实际，准备一本读书登记簿，具体格式可让学生根据自己喜好来设计、装饰，使其生动活泼、各具特色，其中要有读书的内容、容量、实现时间、好词佳句集锦、心得体会等栏目，高年级可适当作读书笔记。
（2） 每个班级结合学生的计划和班级实际情况，也制定出相应的班级读书目标和读书成长规划书，其中要有措施、有保障、有效果、有考评，简洁明了，易于操作。
（3）中队会组织一次“读书交流会”展示同学们的读书登记簿并做出相应评价。
2、 举办读书展览：
各班级定期举办“读书博览会”，以“名人名言”、格言、谚语、经典名句、“书海拾贝”、“我最喜欢的＿＿＿”、“好书推荐”等形式，向同学们介绍看过的新书、好书、及书中的部分内容交流自己在读书活动中的心得体会,在班级中形成良好的读书氛围。
