Production manual

本公司的“橡塑合金”是丁腈橡胶（NBR）与聚氯乙烯（PVC）的熔融共混胶。由于丁腈橡胶与聚氯乙烯有很好的相容性，两种材料可以用任何比例进行共混。
The company's "Rubber-Plastic Alloy" is a NBR and PVC melting blends. Because the good compatibility of NBR and PVC, two materials can be blended with any proportion.

● 橡塑合金的特点
● Characteristics of NBR/PVC Blend：
与丁腈橡胶相比，橡塑合金有如下优点：
Compared with the nitrile rubber, NBR/PVC Blend has the following advantages：
★ 耐臭氧性和耐候性（耐臭氧龟裂性和耐阳光龟裂性）显著提高。
★ Ozone resistance and weather ability（Resistance to ozone cracking and Sunshine cracking resistance）Significantly increased
在标准臭氧老化实验条件下（臭氧浓度50pphm、拉伸20%、温度40℃）实验72小时，橡塑合金不龟裂(化学工业合成材料老化质量监督检查中心和上海市橡胶制品研究所检查报告)，而丁腈橡胶则严重龟裂（见照片）。在更苛刻的条件下（臭氧浓度370～520pphm、
拉伸40%、温度40℃）实验96小时，橡塑合金也不龟裂(沈阳橡胶四厂研究所检测报告)l

After 72 hours testing under a standard ozone aging conditions (Ozone concentration50pphm, extend 20%,tempreture 40℃), NBR/PVC Blend does not cracks , but the NBR is severely cracking(seeing the photo). Under more severe conditions, (Ozone 370-520pphm X 40%, X 40℃) After 96 hours testing, NBR/PVC Blend is still not cracking.

★ 耐油、耐溶剂和耐化学药品性能提高。
★ Oil, solvent and chemical resistance increase
橡塑合金与丁腈橡胶的耐油性均随丙烯腈含量的增长而提高，在丙烯腈含量同等的情况下，橡塑合金明显优于丁腈橡胶。增长PVC的比例，橡塑合金的耐油性提高。
Oil resistance of NBR/PVC Blend and nitrile rubber with acrylonitrile contents were increased with the increase, Acrylonitrile content in the same case, NBR/PVC Blend is superior to NBR. Increase the proportion of PVC, the blend increased oil resistance.

★ 阻燃性提高。氧指数是衡量高聚物是否易燃的一项重要指标：氧指数越小，则越容易燃烧。氧指数＜21的材料，一般在空气中很容易燃烧。如下图可见，丁腈橡胶属易燃材料。由于聚氯乙烯树脂的含氯量达56%左右，氧指数＞40，属自熄性材料。丁腈橡胶与聚氯乙烯共混的“橡塑合金”，氧指数比丁腈橡胶高，使阻燃性提高
★ improve flame retardance. Oxygen index is a measure of whether the combustible polymer is an important indicator: the smaller the oxygen index, the more easy to burn. Oxygen index <21 of material, usually in the air is easy to burn. Following chart shows, nitrile rubber is flammable materials. As the PVC resin reached about 56% chlorine, oxygen index> 40, is self-extinguishing material. Oxygen index of NBR/PVC Blend higher than the nitrile rubber to improve the flame retardancy

★ 加工性能改善。与丁腈橡胶相比，挤出速度加快、挤出口型膨胀减少、表面光洁。
对压延和模压制品的加工和外观质量都有改善。

★ processing property improvement. Compared with the NBR, faster extrusion, die swell reduction, smooth surface.processing and appearance of calendered and molded products has improved.

●● 橡塑合金的局限性：压缩永久变形及耐寒性比丙烯腈含量相同的丁腈橡胶要差。但是，通过合理选择牌号、并用以及配方调整，可以填补局限性、改善性能。
