Contract for Services Rendered
服务合同

This is a contract entered into by Xx Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) and <Company or Person B> (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) on this date, <Month Name, Day Number, Year>.
本合同由Xx Inc.（以下简称“供应商”）和<公司或个人B >(以下简称“客户”)于<年 月 日>签订。
The Provider’s place of business is <18124 Wedge Parkway, STE 1050, Reno, NV 89511> and the Client’s place of business is <address, city, state, ZIP code>.
供应商的营业地址为<18124 Wedge Parkway, STE 1050, Reno, NV 89511>，以及客户的营业地址为<街道地址, 城市, 州名, 邮政编码>。
The Client hereby engages the Provider to provide services described herein under “Scope and Manner of Services.” The Provider hereby agrees to provide the Client with such services in exchange for consideration described herein under “Payment for Services Rendered.”
客户兹聘用供应商为其提供如下“服务的范围及方式”所述的服务。供应商兹同意为客户提供此类服务并根据如下的“服务费用“款项获得相应的报酬。

Services To Be Rendered By Provider: enumerate here each particular task to be performed and its acceptable result, i. e.,

<1. Provide qualified resources to audit the Client’s business accounting records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and provide to the Client a written audit report conforming to the guidelines of the Institute of Internal Auditors.>

Payment for Services Rendered
服务费用
The Client shall pay the Provider for services rendered according to the Payment Schedule attached, within <5> calendar days of the date on any invoice for services rendered from the Provider.
客户应根据所附的付款日程表，在服务供应商提供服务的发票签发日后的<5>个日历日内向供应商支付服务费用。
Should the Client fail to pay the Provider the full amount specified in any invoice within <5> calendar days of the invoice’s date, a late fee equal to <$250> shall be added to the amount due and interest of <4> percent per annum shall accrue from the <30th> calendar day following the invoice’s date.
如果客户无法在发票签发日后的<5>个日历日内向供应商支付发票所规定数额的所有款项，客户需额外支付的<$250>滞纳金以及每年百分之<4>的利息，利息从发票签发日后的第<30>个日历日开始累计。
Applicable Law
适用法律
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the County of Upland in the State of California and any applicable Federal law.
