This year, to focus around industrial XING city, and farmers increase, and and manpower development, and seeking, major problem and foster advantage industry, and adjustment agricultural structure, and carried滑模板专项施工方案一、工程概况XX高速公路XXX号大桥主跨主墩共设计4个双支薄壁空心墩墩身，墩身的外模平面尺寸均为长宽=7.0m2.5m；内模之间与外模的混凝土壁厚均为80cm；引桥墩为变截面空心薄壁墩墩，支模板浇筑，滑模段为承台顶至盖梁底之间，每个桥墩墩身中部设计一道横隔板，模板滑到设计位置时预埋钢板或插筋，滑过后再进行支模浇筑横隔板。薄壁墩墩身拟采用滑模浇筑混凝土。二、滑模施工前准备工作 1、滑升模板滑升模板主要由模板、围圈、支撑杆、千斤顶、提升架、操作平台和吊架等构成，支撑杆和提升设备承受施工全部荷载。1）、模板模板可分为内外固定模板、抽拔模板、收分模板等。巨型桥墩工程采用内外固定模板，当砼浇注达到一定强度，采用液压千斤顶，固定向上滑升。桥墩为巨型工程，模板在滑升过程中主要按照设计要求，2）、围圈 围圈的设置，根据建筑物需要的结构形状，通常设置上下各一道闭合式围圈，其间距一般为450-750mm，上围圈距模板上口的距离不宜大于250mm，围圈应有一定的强度和刚度，其截面应根据荷载大小由计算确定。3）、支撑杆支撑杆应用一定强度的圆钢或钢管制作，使支撑杆不产生压缩变形，目前通常使用的额定起重量为3t的滚珠式卡具液压千斤顶，其支撑杆一般采用直径25mm的Q235圆钢制作。4）、液压千斤顶滑模用千斤顶型号主要有滚珠卡具GYD-35型、GSD-35型、GYD-60型和QYD-35型、QYD-60型、QYD-100型、松卡式SQD-90-35型和混合式QGYD-60型等型号。额定起重量为30-100KN。5）、提升架提升架又称千斤顶架，它是安装千斤顶并与围圈、模板连接成整体的主要构件。提升架的构造形式一般可分为单横梁门形，双横梁的“开”形6）操作平台滑模的操作台按结构形式不同，操作平台的平面可组成内外悬挑平台、整体平台两种。操作平台分为主操作平台和上辅助平台（料台）两种，一般只设置主操作平台。主操作平台一般分为内操作平台和为操作平台两种。整体平台的内操作平台通常有承重桁架与平台铺板组成，承重桁架的两端可支撑设置支托或支架；为操作平台通常有支撑于提升架外力住的三角挑架与平台铺板组成，外挑宽度一般在1000-1800mm，在其外侧需设置防护栏杆及安全网。7）吊架吊脚主要用于检查混凝土的质量、模板的检修和拆卸、混凝土表面修饰和浇水养护等工作。根据安装部位的不同，一般分为内、外吊脚手架。内吊脚手架可挂在提升架和操作平台桁架上，外吊脚手架可挂在提升架和外挑三脚架上。2、滑模制作组装 1)滑模的调试：滑模按设计制作后进行组装调试。2)千斤顶进行试验编组。a.耐压：加压120kg/cm2，5min不渗不漏;b.空载爬升：调整行程30mm；c.负荷爬升：记录加荷5t，支撑杆压痕和行程大小，将行程相近的编为一组。因施工用千斤顶，按一般要求需备用一部分，且需经常检修，还需备用如簧、上卡头、排油弹簧、钢珠、密封圈、卡环、下卡头等。3)滑模调试：滑模组装检查合格后安装千斤顶、液压系统，插入爬杆并进行加固，然后进行试滑升3个5个行程，对提升系统、液压控制系统、盘面及模板变形情况进行全面检查，发现问题及时解决，确保施工顺利进行。4)起滑面处理：滑模组装好后，应对接茬处进行冲洗，清撬浮渣、锚喷空洞处理，完成底板混凝土面凿毛和冲洗工作。5)测量放线：待底面冲洗干净，达到组装条件时，进行测量放线工作，由测量队给出设计轮廓线和十字中心线。6)滑模组装：由测量队给出的点、轮廓线和中心线进行边墩、中墩的整体组装。组装完毕进行验收后，完成钢筋绑扎和千斤顶、爬杆安装，模板封堵。7)系统形成：施工现场需敷设一趟325+110电缆，提供380V电源，为确保滑模施工顺利进行，不发生混凝土粘模事故,同时安放一台50kVA备用电源准备工作。为保证混凝土质量，在辅助盘设一趟PVC管，以便于及时对出模的混凝土进行养护。3、下部混凝土施工承台混凝土浇筑完成，经验收合格后，进行混凝土浇筑施工。施工按照清底、冲洗基面验收测量放线钢筋绑扎支模、验收、混凝土浇筑等工序进行。1)钢筋运输：钢筋在加工场加工完成后，再由加工厂运至现场指定位置。因墩身未安装高架起重设备，在墩身旁边布置一台25t汽车吊车进行钢筋的垂直运输。2)混凝土运输:混凝土的水平运输由混凝土搅拌车运至现场，通过汽车吊车垂直输送到滑模工作盘上，再经过滑模工作盘上搭设的溜槽输送到仓号。3)上下人员:施工现场设置专用上下人梯，方便现场相关人员上下滑模平台进行工作，并安装扶手，设置安全警示标志，杜绝人员坠落事故发生。 4、滑模施工要求模体组装调试就位后，严格按照设计图纸进行钢筋绑扎、焊接,搭接及焊接要符合设计规范要求。滑升施工中，混凝土浇筑后必须露出最上面一层横筋，钢筋绑扎间距符合要求,每层水平钢筋基本上呈水平面,上下层之间接头要错开。竖筋间距按设计布置均匀，相邻钢筋的接头要错开,同时利用提升架焊钢管控制钢筋保护层。爬杆在同一水平内接头不超过1/4,因此第一套爬杆要有4种以上长度规格(2.5m,3.0m,3.5m,4.0m)，错开布置，正常滑升时，每根爬杆长3.0m，要求平整无锈皮，当千斤顶滑升距爬杆顶端小于350mm时，应接长爬杆，接头对齐,不平处用角磨机找平，爬杆同环筋相连焊接加固。根据“等强代换”的原则，在不影响钢筋强度的情况下，爬杆代替相应位置的竖筋。 三、施工工艺 1)、混凝土浇筑滑模施工按以下顺序进行:下料平仓振捣滑升钢筋绑扎下料。滑模滑升要求对称均匀下料，滑模混凝土要求坍落度为14cm-16cm，正常施工按分层30cm一层进行，采用插入式振捣器振捣，经常变换振捣方向，并避免直接振动爬杆及模板，振捣器插入深度不得超过下层混凝土内50mm，模板滑升时停止振捣。模板初次滑升要缓慢进行，并在此过程中对提升系统、液压控制系统、盘面及模板变形情况进行全面检查，发现问题及时处理，待一切正常后方可进行正常浇筑和滑升。2)、模板滑升施工进入正常浇筑和滑升时，应尽量保持连续施工，并设专人观察和分析混凝土表面情况，根据现场条件确定合理的滑升速度和分层浇筑厚度。依据下列情况进行鉴别:滑升过程中能听到“沙沙”的声音;出模的混凝土无流淌和拉裂现象，手按有硬的感觉,并留有1mm左右的指印;能用抹子抹平。滑升过程中有专人检查千斤顶的情况，观察爬杆上的压痕和受力状态是否正常，检查滑模中心线及操作盘的水平度。3)、表面修整及养护表面修整是关系到结构外表和保护层质量的工序,当混凝土脱模后，须立即进行此项工作。现场采用抹子在混凝土表面作原浆压平或修补，如表面平整亦可不做修整。为使已浇筑的混凝土具有适宜的硬化条件，减少裂缝，在辅助盘上设洒水管对混凝土进行养护。4)、预埋板施工薄壁墩墩身横隔板设计为预埋钢板，滑模施工期间预埋钢板与混凝土浇筑同时进行，按照设计位置进行埋设。5)、停滑措施及施工缝处理滑模施工要连续进行，意外停滑时将采取“停滑措施”，混凝土停止浇筑后，每隔0.5h-1h滑升1个-2个行程，直到混凝土与模板不再粘结。由于施工造成施工缝,根据滑模施工规范，预先作施工缝处理，然后在复工前将混凝土表面残渣除掉，用水冲净，先浇一层减半的骨料混凝土或水泥砂浆，然后再浇筑原配混凝土。6)、滑模控制滑模中线控制:为保证结构中心不发生偏移，利用桁架梁固定外模4根垂线进行中心测量控制，同时也保证其他部位的测量要求。滑模水平控制:a.利用千斤顶的同步器进行水平控制;b.利用水准仪测量，进行水平检查。7）、滑模拆除当混凝土浇筑到设计高程时,将模体滑空，利用吊车配合悬吊将模体整体拆除。如吊车不能整体吊动时，也可分拆模体进行下吊模体。 8）、滑模施工中出现问题及处理滑模施工中常出现的问题有:滑模操作盘倾斜、滑模盘平移、扭转、模板变形、混凝土表面缺陷、爬杆弯曲等，其产生的根本原因在于千斤顶工作不同步，荷载不均匀，浇筑不对称，纠偏过急等。因此,在施工中首先把好质量关,加强观测检查工作，确保良好运行状态,发现问题及时解决。a.纠偏利用千斤顶自身纠偏，即关闭1/5的千斤顶,然后滑升2-3个行程,再打开全部千斤顶滑升2-3个行程，反复数次逐步调整至设计要求。并针对各种不同情况，施加一定外力给予纠偏。所有纠偏工作不能操之过急，以免造成混凝土表面拉裂、死弯、滑模变形、爬杆弯曲等事故发生。b.爬杆弯曲处理爬杆弯曲时，采用加焊钢筋或斜支撑，弯曲严重时切断，接入爬杆重新与下部爬杆焊接,并加焊“人”字形斜支撑。 c.模板变形处理对部分变形较小的模板采用撑杆加压复原，变形严重时，将模板拆除修复。d.混凝土表面缺陷处理采用局部立模，补上比原标号高一级的膨胀细骨料混凝土，并用抹子抹平。四、质量保证措施1、自制钢滑模模板面材料须采用符合有关冷轧钢板标准的冷轧钢板。2、模板系统组装时必须严格按0.2%-0.3%控制模板坡度。3、混凝土应具有良好的合易性且振捣密实。4、滑模板钢筋混凝土结构不容许有拉裂现象。5、滑模板钢筋混凝土结构的垂直偏差和扭转偏差应严格按照规范、验评标准要求控制。6、滑模板钢筋混凝土结构养护（水或养生液）应严格按施工组织设计、施工方案执行，确保其结构整体性。7、滑模钢筋混凝土结构与水平结合部的处理应严格按设计、规范、施工组织设计或施工方案执行，确保其结构整体性。五、安全保护措施1、滑模板工程施工前，施工单位必须根据工程结构和施工特点以及施工环境、气候等条件编制滑模板施工安全技术措施，作为滑模工程施工组织设计的一部分，报上级安全和技术主管部门审批后实施。2、滑模板工程施工负责人必须对管辖范围内安全环保全面负责，组织编制滑模板工程的安全环保措施，进行安全环保交底及处理施工中的安全环保问题。3、对参加滑模工程施工特点、熟悉范围的有关条文和本岗位的安全技术操作规程及环保规定，并通过考核合格后方能上岗工作，主要施工人员应相对固定。4、滑模施工中应经常收听气象信息，遇到雷雨、六级和六级以上大风时，必须停止施工。停工前做好停滑措施操作平台上人员撤离，应对设备、机具、零件材料、可移动的铺板等进行整理、固定并做好防护，全部人员撤离后立即切断通向操作平台的供电电源。5、在施工中的构筑物周围必须划出施工危险警戒区。警戒线至构筑物（外边线）的距离不应小于施工工程高度的1/10，且小于10m。当不能满足要求时，应采取有效安全防护措施。6、危险警戒区内的构筑物人口，地面通道及机械操作场所，应搭设高度不低于3.5m的安全防护棚。各种牵拉钢丝绳、滑轮装置、管道、电缆及设备等均采取防护措施。7、制作滑模板操作平台及相关系统的材料应有合格证，其品种、规格等应符合设计要求。材料的代用，必须经主管设计人员同意。8、滑模施工中的防雷装置，应符合建设防雷设计规范的要求。9、操作平台上应设置足够数量的灭火器以及其他的消防设施；操作平台上不应存放易燃、易爆物品，使用过油布、棉纱等应及时回收，妥善保管，统一处理。10、每班前须进行全面、针对性的技术、质量、安全、操作要点交底。11、任何机械操作人员定要必须组织拆除专业队伍，指定专人统一指挥。12、滑模装置拆除前应检查各支撑点埋件牢固情况，以及作业人员上下走道是否安全可靠，但拆除工作利用施工结构作为支撑点时，对结构混凝土强度的要求应经结构验算确定，且不低于15MPa。- 9 -
