The First Period
Let’s act
一、教学目标
1.知识目标:用祈使句Show me your present. Try your new shoes.给出简单指令。
2.能力目标:听懂简单命令并作出反应,用所学命令相互交流。
3.情感目标:回忆过年时的快乐氛围,激发学习兴趣。
二、教学重点:present, shoes 的识记
教学难点:try 的发音
三、教具准备: 1.cassette 1B and a cassette player

Step 1 Warming up
Song:Happy New Year
Step 2 Pre-task preparation
1. Talk about the Spring Festival with the students and ask them whether they have received presents from their relatives.
2. Show a beautifully wrapped present and emitate “present”.
3. Open the present and take out a new pair of shoes. Emitate “shoes”. Encourage the class to point to their own shoes and say “shoes”
Step 3 While-task procedure
1. Play the cassette tape twice. meanwhile, the teacher does the commands for the students as a model.
2. Give commands, ask individuals to act them.
3. Repeat step 2 for several times until they are familiar with them.
4. Give commands and ask the class to repeat and act.
5. Ask more able students to speak out the instructions.
6. Practise these commands in pairs.
7. Ask individuals to give commands.
Step 4 Post-task activity
Communicate with your friends using modeled instructions.
跟唱歌曲,进入英语学习状态,帮助回忆过年时的快乐氛围,为学习新知创设情境。

Let’s talk
一、 教学目标:
1. 知识目标:学会 Happy New Year 问候新年好。学会问候语 How are you? 及两种不同回答:I am fine. Thank you; Very well, and you?
2. 能力目标:能熟练运用这些句子交流自如。
3. 情感目标:教育学生要有礼貌问候别人。
二、 教学重点:How are you 及 Happy New Year 问候语。
三、 教学难点:Very well 的正确发音。
四、 教具准备:Cassette 1 B and Cassette player, Wallcharts 1 B and a puppet.
五、 教学过程:
Step1. Warming up.
Song: Happy New Year.
Step 2. Pre-tusk preparation.
1. Make quick responses. Show me your present. Try your new shoes.
2. Go on talking about the spring festival and ask what will they say when they meet their relatives in the new year.
Step3. While-task proceduce.
1. Put up the wallchart of picture 2 on page 3. Tell a story about this picture to elicit “Happy New Year!”
2. Practise greeting –Happy New Year!
-Happy New Year!
(1) Between the teacher and the students.
(2) Between pairs.
(3) Between friends.
3. Show the wallchart of picture 1 on page 3. Introduce the scene to elicit “How are you? I am fine, thank you.” Emitate and practise.
4. Then elicit another answer “Very well, and you?” Say the sentence slowly.Pay attention to the shape of the mouth. Emitate.
5. Using a puppet. The teacher Practise the dialogue with the puppetas a model:
–How are you?
-Very well, and you?
-I am fine, too. Thank you.
6. Ask more able students to practise with the
teacher first . Then practise in pairs.
6. Play the cassette tape. The students repeat.
Step 4 Post-task activity
1. Get the students to act out the picture 1 and 2 on page 3.
2. Get the students to go around the classroom and greet their friends using the learned sentences.
进一步熟悉歌曲,在演演唱唱中自觉习得 Happy New Year 问候语。

Let’s learn
一、教学目标:
1. 知识目标:会用uncle, aunt, grandmother, grandfather 称呼人。
2. 能力目标:培养正确、快速模仿能力。
3. 情感目标:教育学生尊敬长辈。
二、教学重点:4个人称的正确发音。
教学难点:单词词形的识记。
三、教具准备:cassette 1B and cassette player, wallchart, word cards
四、教学过程:
Step 1 Warming up
Rhyme: My father is coming
Step 2 Pre-task preparation
1. Make quick responses: Show me your present.
Try your new shoes.
2. Greet individuals “How are you?” “Happy New Year.” Get students to give responses.
Step 3 While-task procedure
1.Put up the wallchart for page 3 again. Ask “Who is this?” Point to each of the four relatives. Say the words
in English slowly. Repeat.
2.Put the appropriate word cards under the four relatives on the wallchart. Ask individuals to read. Then the whole class read together.
3.Get students to open their books to page 4.Play the cassette tape to let them listen and correct.
4.Game1: Follow or clap.
Show the word cards, the teacher read it out .If right,
they can follow. Otherwise, they can clap and speak out the correct answer.
5.Game 2: Guess: Which word is it?
Show the students the back of the cards, get them to guess the words.
6.Scatter the picture and word cards for “uncle, aunt, grandmother, grandfather” on the board. Ask students to come up and make matching pairs. Get the class to revise together.
Step 4 Post-task activity
Substituting the rhyme “My father is coming” with the new words.
e.g. My uncle is coming didi …

一、 教学目标:
1. 知识目标:学会用draw, write, fold 说出制作贺卡过程。
2. 能力目标:正确模仿发音并根据指令作出相应反应。
3. 情感目标:学会通过贺卡传递对亲人、朋友的爱。
二、 教学重点:分清各步骤的名称。
教学难点:fold的识记。
三、 教具准备:cassette 1B and cassette player, samples of cards, wallchart
四、 教学过程:
Step 1 Warming up
1. song: Happy New Year
2. rhyme: My uncle is coming
Step 2 Pre-task preparation
1. Greet each other using “How are you?” “Happy new year.”
2. Show the word cards of four relatives learned in the previous lesson. Get students to greet each one with “Happy new year!”
e.g. Happy new year, uncle.
3. Show the class some New Year cards and tell them that they are all made by other students.
4. Ask “Do you like these cards? Do you want to make one?”
Step 3 While-task procedure
1. Put up the enlarged picture of student’s Book page 5.Introduce the steps of making a New Year card.
2. Say the words for each step slowly. Encourage the students to follow.
3. Play the cassette tape. The students listen and correct the pronunciation.
4. Show some good samples of cards to the class.
Step 4 Post-task activity
Get the students to make New Year cards for
their parents ,relatives or friends. Speak out the
action while making. Remind them to say
“Happy New Year!” when they send the card.
歌曲、儿歌既复习已学知识,又能帮助集中思想,快速进入英语学习状态。
复习旧知识,逐步培养英语交际能力。
生动、带有感情色彩地复习单词。既轻松,又有助于记忆。

一、教学目标:
1. 知识目标:学会用I like…句型表达自己的喜好。
2. 能力目标:能熟练运用I like…句型熟练交流。
3. 情感目标:做个有礼貌的小顾客。
二、教学重点:灵活运用I like…句型。
教学难点:the 在此型句中发音顺畅。
三、教具准备:cassette 1B and cassette player, wallchart
四、教学过程:
Step 1 Warming up
Song: Do you like…
Step 2 Pre-task preparation
1. Show a box of sweets. Pick a sweet and say “What is it? Sweet.” Repeat.
2. Point to the box of sweets and say “I like the sweets.” Students point to the box of sweets and repeat.
3. Show picture cards for “shoes” and “dress” to the class and say “I like the new shoes. I like the new dress.” Students repeat.
Step 3 While-task procedure
1. Show a wallchart of page 6. Tell a story about this.
2. Play the cassette tape of page 6. Students listen.
3. Ask some questions about the story:
*Where were Sam and May’s family in each picture?
*What were they doing?
*What did Sam say in the sweets’ shop?
*Does May like the new dress?
*What did she say?
*Who had the new shoes?
*how did Sam and May greet their parents on New Year’s Day?
4. Get the students to discuss what New Year presents they want to buy. Using the sentence “I like…”
Step 4 Post-task activity
Give them much more words about the items of
Clothing. Such as “coat, trousers…”
Get students to pretend that they are going
shopping to buy a new items of clothing.
First practise in three, one being the shop keeper,
the other two being the customers. Then ask them to act it out for the class.

创设语境,引入新知,分散难点。

磁带正音,再次整体感知故事。

1. Play a game
(Draw ten flowers on the board. Put six paper bees on the flowers and count with students)
Who can count the bees first?
2. Rhyme: One two three . It’s a tree .Four five six. Pick up sticks.
Learn: Four . five six . Pick up sticks.
3. Learn seven
Put another bee on a flower and say . “ Seven” Count again.
Act: Clap one. Show me: seven
4. Repeat step 3 for “ eight . nine and ten.”
5. Review One~Ten
Act: Clap one~ten.
(Hold up ten fingers and ask the class to count)
While—task procedure.
1. T: Today Let’s go to the park .(Show a park picture.
This is a park. There are some clever animals in it. I like the bee. I arm a bee.
(Extend arms, move around and say Bzz. Bzz. Bzz)
Follow me.
2. Who is he? Oh, he’s Ji Ji. I like him. Now please follow me: I am a bird. (Extend arms and the up and down )
3. (Put hands above head ) Say: I am a rabbit.
4. Stoop down slightly and pretend to jump forward.
Say: I am a frog. Student copy.
5. Follow and say.
