The company aims all at satisfying the customer’s requirements to provide assured products and excellent after-sale service for the whole society. 产 品 概 述 SJZ系列三相380/220伏大容量电压自动分级补偿装置(如下简称调压器),是采用新设计理念,结合世界先进技术生产专利产品。它采用分级补偿调压技术,当测得电压有偏移时,调压器通过接触器群变化一次绕组连接方式,从而提供不同补偿电压,加入到供电回路。使输出电压保持在额定范畴内。 本系列产品功能完善、品质优良,与同类产品相比,具备体积小、重量轻,无碳刷、无伺服电机、无机械传动等长处。本装置可与变压器联用,也可在远端供电场合分散使用。对电网和负载适应性特强,能在各种不同性质负载状况下可靠地持续工作。自动调压响应特快,调压过程中无断电间隙,且效率高、容量大,使用寿命长,达到长期免维护持续工作规定。使用本装置后,可使电压保持在额定电压±2.5%以内,可使用电器电耗减少10%以上,而调压器自身电耗不到1%,因此本产品有明显节能意义。 本产品广泛合用于一切需要电压稳定场合,如发电厂、国防、科研、医院、邮电、高层建筑、铁路、工矿公司及宾馆照明等部门使用。 Product Overview SJZ series 3-phase 380/220V large capacity grading compensation on-load automatic voltage regulator( regulator ) is a patented product designed by new idea with the world manufacturing experience. When the sensor detected the voltage deviations,regulator through the contactors changes the regulator’s primary windings connections,and supplies difference compensation voltage added to the power source then maintain the rating voltage output. This series of products are perfect in functions and superior in quality. Compared with products of the others,they are smaller and light,without brushes,driven motor and mechanical devices. The regulator assembled with the distribution transformer or other power source can be used for utility power supply. It has fine compatible with all kind of utility,able to work reliably and continuously. It is high responsibility and uninterrupted power supply during the processing. It is high efficiency,free maintenance,large capacity and long life term. Appling this regulator,the voltage can be maintained within ±2.5% of the rated voltage. User’s consumption can be reduced by more than 10%,but the regulator consumption itself just less than 1%,the efficiency of energy saving is obviously. The product can be used for all areas needing stable voltage,such as power plant,national defense,scientific research,post office,high building,railway station,industrial and mineral enterprises and hotels. 使 用 条 件 Conditions for application 1、 电压自动调压器应在户内使用。 The voltage auto regulator should be used indoors. 2、 环境温度-25℃~55℃。 Environment temperature is -25℃~55℃. 3、 海拨高度不超过米。 The altitude not exceeds meters. 4、 相对湿度不超过90%。 Relative humidity does not exceed 90%. 5、 安装场合无严重影响调压装置绝缘气体、蒸汽、化学性物质,无强烈振动。 The installation area should not have corrosive gas,steam,chemical matter and strong vibration that can affect insulation of the regulator. 设 计 特 点 1、无碳刷 使用补偿变压器提供一补偿电压加入到电源回路,从而保持输出电压在额定范畴内。使用接触器群来变化补偿变压器一次绕组连接,可得到不同补偿电压输出,完全避免了由于碳刷滑动与磨损产生火花所引起高频干扰,以及延长了使用寿命。 2、无电机、链条及齿轮 构造简朴,无电机、链条齿轮等传动系统。无机械故障,从而达到经久耐用目。 3、功率因素补偿系统 (选件) 对感性负载大顾客,可选配自动功率因数补偿装置,补偿后功率因数可达99%。 4、浪涌吸取装置 主电路设有浪涌吸取装置,可吸取接触器转换过程中浪涌电压。 5、防雷击装置(选件) 可跟据顾客需要按装防雷摸块。 6、远程控制(选件) 可依照顾客需要安装远程通信接口。 7.三相分调控制式 (选件) 依照顾客需要,做成三相分调控制以保证三相电压平衡。 8.照明智能控制式 (选件) 依照顾客需要,做成智能型开与关及自动降压节能照明。 与成套配电柜配套设计时,可采用如下两种设计方案: Design Characteristics 1. No brush One three phases compensation transformer supply a compensation voltage added to the power source,then maintain the rating voltage output. Using contactors switching compensation transformer primary windings connection to obtain different compensation voltage output,fully avoid the defects such as high frequency disturbance caused by the sparks due to mechanical abrasion and movement of brush and prolong the product’s life term. 2. No motor,chains and gear and free maintenance Simple structure without motor and driving system such as chain and gear. Avoided mechanical failure。 3. Power factor compensation system (option) The power factor can be compensated to 99% 。 4. Surge absorbing device The main circuit is furnished with surge absorbing device to absorb the surge voltage in the transformation process of the contact devices。 5. Arrester (option) The Arrester module can be installed as required by the user。 6. Remote control (option) Remote communication interface can be installed as required by the user。 7.Three-phaseseparate-adjustment system (optional) Made into three-phase separate-adjustment control as per user’s requirements,to assure the balance of three-phase voltage。 8. Specifications and dimenaions 工 作 原 理 补偿变压器每相具备两组完全相似220V初级绕组,从次级绕组上获得补偿电压串接于主电路中,其单相接线图如图。 补偿装置输出电压与输入电压之间存在如下关系。 U2=U1±ΔU 式中:U2—输出相电压 U1—输入相电压 ΔU为补偿电压。它大小和相位与补偿变压器初级绕组连接方式关于。如把两个初级绕组串联连接后正向接入网络相电压,则可得到一种与网络相电压同相补偿电压;若反向接入,则得到一种反相补偿电压。此外,如将两个补级绕组并联后正向或反向接入网络相电压,则可得到为串联时2倍正相或反相补偿电压。如果两个初级绕组不接入网络,并使之短接,则补偿电压为零,即U2= U1。本装置是依照上述规定拟定了接触器五种通、断状态。 1、 直通档:K1—K3接通,Kd1—2、Kh1—2断开,此时K1—K3主触头闭合,使初级绕 组短接;Kd1—2、Kh1—2主触头断开,使初级绕组不接入网络,因而补偿电压为零。 2、 降I档:K1接通,K1主触点闭,K2、K3断开,K2、K3主触头断开,初级绕组 串联连接;Kh1—2接通,Kh1—2主触头闭合,Kd1—2断开,Kd1—2主触头断开,使初级绕组正向接入网络相电压,在次级绕组上得到一级正相补偿电压,输出电压比输入电压低一级补偿电压。 3、 降II档:与降I档区别在于K1断开,K2、K3接通,初级绕组变化成并联连接。次 级绕组上得到二级正相补偿电压,输出电压比输入电压低二级补偿电压。 4、 升I档:与降I档区别在于Kh1—2断开,Kd1—2接通,使初级绕组反相接入网络相 电压,在次级绕组上得到一级反相补偿电压,输出电压比输入电压高一级补偿电压。 5、 升II挡:与升I档区别在于初级绕组由串联变化成并联连接,即K1断开,K2、K3 接通。因而在次级绕组上得到二级反相补偿电压,输出电压比输入电压高二级补偿电压。 交流接触器切换是按输出电压指令来进行,只要输出电压超过设定最高最低容许值,通过接触器切换使之恢复到容许值之内。换挡切换过程在2个周波(40ms)内完毕。 principles Each phase of the compensation transformer has two similar sets of 220V primary windings. The compensation voltage acquired from secondary winding is connection in a serial to the main circuit. The single -phase connection drawing is shown in the figure. Output voltage and input voltage of the compensation device have the following relations. U2=U1±ΔU In the formula:U2—output phase voltage U1—input phase voltage ΔU is the compensation voltage,and the amplitude and phase position has relations with the connection method of the compensation transformer primary windings. If in series two primary windings are connected to the power source with same polarity (positive polarity),a same phase position compensation voltage is obtained. Otherwise,in series two primary windings are connected to the power source with negative polarity,a reverse phase position compensation voltage is obtained. Besides,if two primary windings are paralleled,the compensation voltage amplitude will be increased one times. If two primary windings short circuit and disconnected from the power source,then the compensation voltage shall be zero,To switch eight contactors realize above five voltage regulation functions. 6、 Feed-through position:K1—K3 close,Kd1—2 and Kh1—2 open. Contact K1—K3 closed make the primary winding short circuit;contact Kd1—2 and Kh1—2 open are cut off to make the primary winding to disconnected from power source so that the compensation voltage is zero. 7、 Decrease I position:K1 close,and then K2 and K3 open. The primary windings are connected in a series;Kh1—2 close and Kd1—2 open make the primary winding connected to the power source in positive polarity,one positive phase compensation voltage is obtained at secondary winding. The output voltage is 1 level less than the input voltage. 8、 Decrease II position:the differences from Decrease I position are:K1 open,K2 and K3 close and the primary windings are paralleled. The output voltage is less than the input voltage 2 levels. 9、 Increase I position:the difference from Decrease I position are:Kh1—2 open,Kd1—2 close make the primary winding connected to the power source in reverse polarity,one reverse phase compensation voltage is obtained at the secondary winding. The output voltage is 1 level more than the input voltage. 10、 Increase II position:the difference from increase I position are:series connection is changed into parallel connection,namely K1open,K2 and K3 are close so that II level reversed phase compensation voltage is obtained at the secondary winding. The output voltage is more than the input voltage 2 levels. Upon the measured voltage of output,AC contactors will be switched according to the controller commend. Once the output voltage over the maximum setting or below the minimum setting ,it can be recovered to nominal voltage within 2 cyclic waves (40ms). 安装及受电 1、开箱检查 (1)电压分级补偿装置电器元件与否完整无损。各种连接紧固件必要紧固可靠。 (2)检查柜内所附技术资料、合格证、与否齐全,完整。 2、通电前检查 断开断路器(Q),取出控制回路及电压表回路熔断器。用500V兆欧表测量主电路相间和相对地绝缘电阻,应不不大于1兆欧。然后恢复原状。 3、接线 (1)进出导线(母排)截面应按容量大小根据额定电流由顾客拟定。 (2)电源必要接在输入端,负载接在输出端。 (3)调压器必要接通零线,(N)线从输入端与输出端直接贯通。 (4)柜体必要可靠接地。 4、受电环节 (1)送上电源,此时调压器上输入、输出电压表批示相似电压,“直通批示”灯亮。本装置初次受电时,输出端应在空载状态,后来容许带负荷受电。 (2)按下“自动”按钮(红色),“自动批示”灯亮。此时调压器动作,使输出电压在规定范畴内。 (3)若要将自动调压功能退出,只需按下“直通”按钮(绿色),此时“直通批示”灯亮,输出电压与输入电压相似。 (4)本装置每次断电后恢复供电时,总处在“直通”运营状态,若要进入自动调压功能,需按下“自 动”按钮(红色)。 (5)如顾客需每次断电后恢复供电时,调压器自动进入自动调压状态,可选取加装“自动---手动”功 能,但需在订货合同中注明。 Installation and test I、Open the box to check (1) Whether the elements of the voltage regulator are perfect without damage. All connection fasteners should be solid and reliable. (2) Check whether the technical information and qualified certificate inside the cabinet are complete and perfect. II、Inspect before power on Open the breaker (Q),push off the fuse (RD) on the control circuit,and disconnect the input voltage meter. Set the output voltage control switch to off. Use 500V mega-ohm meter to measure the insulation resistance between the phases to phase and phase to ground on the main circuit,which should be more than 1 mega-ohm. Then return back to the original status. III、Line connection (1)the user should in accordance with the rated current determine the conducts cross-section of the line in and line out. (2) The power should connect to the input terminals and the load should connect the output terminals. (3) The regulator should connect the zero line for use and be connected to the load directly through the power. (4) The cabinet should be grounding reliably. IV、Process for initial (1)Turn on the power. The input and output voltage meter on the regulator should indicate the same voltage. “The feed-through indication” indicator lights up. Indicate this device allows power-on with load. (2)Push down “Auto” button (red) and “Auto indication” indicator lights up. The output voltage at this time should be within the regulated range. (3)If the auto regulating function should quit,only need to push down “feed-through” button (green) and the “feed-through indication” indicator lights up. The output voltage and input voltage are equal. (4)After each power-off and vol
