I. 命题指导思想
一、英语学科考试以现行《全日制义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)和现行教材为依据,本说明就考试的依据和命题范围、考试的内容和形式都作了规定,是2014年中考命题和学生复习备考的依据。
二、命题重视“新语境”的创设与运用,考查学生综合语言运用能力。
三、试题总分值保持稳定,试题题目类型和分值进行了个别调整,体现新课程理念。
四、命题力求科学、准确、公平、规范,试卷应有较高的信度、效度、必要的区分度和适当的难度。
II.考试的内容及要求
依据《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)规定的五级目标要求,确定本学科考试内容。考生应在英语语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略、文化意识等方面达到相应水平.对语言知识、语言运用的具体要求如下:
一、语言知识
要求考生掌握并运用《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)五级要求规定的英语语音、词汇、语法、功能意念和话题(见课标),要求词汇量为1500~1600个左右,掌握基本词义和用法,以及在特定语境中的意义,并学会使用200~300个习惯用语和固定搭配。
二、语言运用
1.听力
要求考生能听懂所熟悉话题的简单的句子,听懂短话和长对话及短文。考生应能:
(1)能根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图;
(2)能听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话,并能从中提取信息和观点;
(3)能借助语境克服生词障碍、理解大意;
(4)能听懂接近正常语速的故事和叙述,理解故事的因果关系;
(5)能在听的过程中用适当方式做出反应;
(6)能针对所听语段的内容记录简单信息。
2. 阅读
要求考生能读懂书报杂志等中的一般性话题的简短文段或者公告说明广告等,并能从中获取相关信息。考生应能:
(1)能根据上下文和构词法推断、理解生词的含义;
(2)能理解段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系;
(3)能找出文章中的主题,理解故事的情节,预测故事情节的发展和可能的结局,进行判断和推理;
(4)能读懂常见体裁的阅读材料;
(5)能根据不同的阅读目的运用简单的阅读策略获取信息;
(6)理解作者的观点、意图和态度
3. 写作
要求考生能根据提示进行书面表达。考生应能:
1.能根据写作要求,独立写作短文、短信等;
2.能简单描述人物或事件;
3.能使用常见的连接词表示顺序和逻辑关系,清楚连贯的传递信息,表达观点;
4.能根据所给图示或表格写出简单的段落或操作说明。
Ⅲ。 考试形式与试卷结构
考试形式:闭卷、笔试形式。考试限定用时为120分钟。
试卷结构:试卷分为七个题目,满分120分。试题按其难度分容易题,中等题,难题. 分值之比为3:5:2。
一、听力部分(共20小题,计20分;每小题约有8秒钟的答题时间)
本题需要听录音做选择题和填表题,共四部分,20个小题,每小题1分.
(一) 1~5 小题:要求考生根据听到的句子,从每小题所给的3个选项中选出最佳答语。 每个句子读一遍。
(二)6~10 小题:要求考生根据听到的5个小对话,从每小题所给的3个选项中选出能回答所给问题的正确选项。每段对话读两遍.
(三)11~15 小题:要求考生根据听到的一段长对话,从每小题所给的3个选项中选出能回答所给问题的正确选项。对话读两遍.
(四)16~20小题:要求考生根据听到的一篇短文或者长对话,填写所给表格。短文或者长对话读两遍。
二、单项选择(共15小题,计15分)
本题创设语境测试语法、习语、固定搭配、常用句式和交际用语等。
三、阅读理解(共20小题,计40分)
本题共有四篇文章.要求考生阅读文章,根据其内容选择第36—55小题的最佳答案。
四、综合填空(共10空, 计10分)
阅读一篇短文,根据短文内容和首字母提示填空, 仅限填1个词。
五、完成短文(共5空,计5分)
阅读短文,从短文下面方框中的六个句子中选择五个还原到短文中,使原文意思完整、连贯。
六、阅读表达 (共5小题,计10分)
阅读短文,根据题目要求完成各小题。
七、书面表达(计20分)
根据图示、表格或文字提示等,写一段80~100字的短文,短文的开头已给出(不计入总词数).要求所写短文内容完整,句子通顺内容与所给材料相符.

A six—year-old British girl, Mollie Price, is opening up her third candy store. No matter how old your kids are, you can take steps to improve a healthy diet and to encourage good eating habits。
