SS)、加州大学洛杉矶分校（Universityof California，Lo s A n g e l e s，U CLA)孤独量表、领悟社会支持量表（perceived social supportscale，PSSS）和自我构念量表（self-construal scale，SCS）对海军某部532 名官兵进行评估。结果昊1.6 9%的海军官兵被检出自杀意念，不同婚姻状况、是否独生子女和父母是否离异被试间的各量表得分差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。不同自我构念分类被试间的各量表得分差异具有统计学意义（P0.001)，其中边缘类（两种自我构念均低于平均值）的自杀意念最高。自杀意念得分与孤独感总分呈正相关（P0.01)，与领悟社会支持、互依自我及独立自我均呈负相关（P0.01);互依自我与独立自我呈正相关（P0.01)；孤独感总分与领悟社会支持、互依自我及独立自我呈负相关（P0.01)；领悟社会支持与互依自我及独立自我呈正相关（P0.01）。Bo o t s t r a p 检验结果显示，互依自我对自杀意念的间接效应95%置信区间（confidenceinterval,CI)：-0.30 3-0.208，P 0.0 1；独立自我对自杀意念的直接效应95%CI-0.200-0.0 6 5,P 0.0 1领悟社会支持对自杀意念的直接效应9 5%CI:-0.231-0.111,P 0.0 1,间接效应9 5%CI:-0.231-0.168,P0.01，总效应9 5%CI:-0.439-0.30 7,P 0.0 1；孤独感影响自杀意念的总效应95%CI:0.3840.48 5,P0.05).There were significant differences in thescores of each scale among subjects of different types of self-construal(P0.001),with the marginal type(both self-construals were below average)having the highest level of suicidal ideation.The scores of suicidal ideation were posi-tively correlated with the scores of loneliness(P0.01),and negatively correlated with the scores of perceived socialsupport,interdependent self-construal and independent self-construal(P0.01);there was a positive correlation be-tween independent self-construal and interdependent self-construal(P0.01);and the scores of loneliness were nega-tively correlated with the scores of perceived social support,interdependent self-construal and independent self-construal(P0.O1);while the scores of perceived social support were positively correlated with the scores of interdependent self-construal and independent self-construal(P0.01).The Bootstrap test showed that the 95%confidence interval(CI)forthe indirect effect of interdependent self-construal on suicidal ideation was-0.303 to-0.208,P0.01;and the 95%CI 0 土6.48)分；互依类的互依自我得分为（7 3.38 3.8 1）分，独立自我得分为（57.0 54.2 7）分；独立类的互依自我得分为（6 3.6 35.0 6)分，独立自我得分为（6 2 1，进行结构方程模型的构建与验证，在逐步删除不显著的路径后得到的模型中所有路径系数均有统计学意义（P0.05），拟合结果显示：/df=171.455/129=1.3293，渐进残差均方和平方根（root mean square error of approximation,RMSEA）=0.0 2 5，比较适配指数（comparativefit in-dex，CFI)=0.993，规准适配指数（normed fit index，NFI）=0.97 0,适配度指数（goodness of fit index，GFI）=0.97 0),调整后适配度指数（adjusted goodnessof fit index，A G FI）=0.957，非规准适配指数（Tuck-er-Lewiscoefficient，T and suicide ideation运用Bootstrap法进行检验并计算95%置信区间（c o n f i d e n c e i n t e r v a l,CI），结果显示，模型中自我构念和领悟社会支持对自杀意念的直接效应和间接效应均存在，中独立自我对自杀意念的直接效应为0.141，95%CI:-0.276-0.0 14,P 0.0 5；互依自我对自杀意念的间接效应为-0.2 55，95%CI：-0.36 3-0.167，P 0.0 1；领悟社会支持对自杀意念的直接效应为-0.16 1,95%CI：-0.2 94-0.0 0 9,P0.05，间接效应为0.2 2 1，9 5%CI：-0.2 9 6-0.159,P0.001，总效应为-0.38 2（-0.52 0-0.236,P0.01)；孤独感影响自杀意念的总效应为0.484,95%CI:0.3770.589,P0.01。领悟社会支持和孤独感在互依自我和自杀意念之间起完全中介作用，同时孤独感在领悟社会支持和自杀意念之间起部分中介作用。3讨论本研究中的海军某部官兵自杀意念检出率为1.69%，明显低于其他同类研究结果 1.2 2 。原因可能在于部队对预防自杀事件的重视程度和科学意识不断提高，在推广心理服务和健康教育方面不断完善。但考虑到海军在部队整体战斗力生成方面起到的重要作用，应随时关注及持续保障已有及新进海军官兵的心理健康。本研究中所有被试的自我构念进行分类统计后的结果与既往研究结论相符 2 3-2 4，双边类被试的特点是既能表现出较高的互依自我，也能表现出较高的独立自我，在复杂多变的环境中灵活切换自我构念风格以更快更好地适应环境，而边缘类被试的特点则正好相反，适应环境能力最差。对于互依类或独立类被试，由于其仅善于表现单一的自我构念风格，因此能适应的Mil Med Jnt Log,Vol.37,No.8,August 28,2023联勤军事医学2 0 2 3年8 月2 8 日第37 卷第8 期689环境也就相对比较有限，各自均有所侧重。在征兵人伍时提前对个体的自我构念类别进行识别，或对已入伍官兵进行均衡的双边类自我构念培养，才能对官兵的心理健康水平和自杀意念干预产生积极影响。此外，独立自我和互依自我呈正相关，且两种自我构念均负向预测自杀意念，与以往研究结果基本一致 15.2 5。进一步说明独立自我和互依自我并非对立，可以共存，体现了海军官兵对于独特性和关系性的灵活需求 2 6 ，是自杀意念的保护因素。但总的来说，互依自我得分略高于独立自我得分，与社会文化和部队环境相适应。但值得注意的是，领悟社会支持和孤独感对互依自我的影响明显大于独立自我。以往有研究称，互依自我与自杀意念呈负相关是因为互依自我与其他自杀意念保护因素呈正相关，若抛开这些保护因素，互依自我就可能成为自杀意念的风险因子 10 。因为互依自我倾向较高的人更重视他人与自己的关系，若这种需求得到满足，则自杀意念会明显减少，否则自杀意念反而会有增加的风险；独立自我倾向高的人不太看重这些社会关系，出现这种自杀意念骤然转变的可能较低。因此在自杀干预中,应该因势利导，既要筛选和培养互依自我，也不能忽略独立自我，注重满足双边类自我构念的培养需求。同时，研究还发现领悟社会支持对自杀意念的总效应高于自我构念，而孤独感对自杀意念的总效应绝对值则是最高的，也是唯一与自杀意念呈正相关的。与以往研究结果相似 16 ，并部分验证了本研究的假设。人际关系相关概念在自杀意念产生和消除中起重要作用 2 6 ,Pagliaccio等 2 7 结合自杀人际关系理论认为，自我累赘感是青少年高风险自杀人群的关键风险因子，Perez等 2 8 也在大学生群体中进一步验证了自杀人际关系理论，并发现自我累赘感和归属缺失感是自杀意念的重要预测因子。这都表明，互依自我倾向较高的年轻群体更加看重社会关系对自我的支持程度，对孤独感的产生更为敏感。在遭遇应激事件时，如果无法得到外界支持，随之引发孤独感，可能陷人自我怀疑，并产生自杀意念。提示社会支持是自杀意念的重要保护因素，孤独感是自杀意念的重要危险因素，可在自杀干预中将两者作为重要的指导角度。综上所述，本研究结论对未来在海军部队更有效开展自杀预防工作提供了理论依据。首先，在征兵阶段，应招收两种自我构念较为均衡发展的个体。此外，日常引导官兵们注重提升自我价值，营造融洽的集体氛围，充分考虑官兵在婚恋、家庭和其他亲友联结方面的需求等等，有助于预防和消除自杀意念。最后，本研究样本仅局限于海军且均为年轻男性，不宜将研究结论直接推广应用于其他群体。且本研究为横断面调查，无法纵向得出变量间的因果关系。此外，模型中仅提示互依自我相关中介变量，未涉及更多可影响独立自我的中介作用，无法完全适用于当今多元文化冲击下独立自我逐渐占比增大的其他国人群体。未来可增加控制对照的试验设计，纳入其他群体和心理指标，完善自我构念影响自杀意念的模型分析。参考文献1高淇，张懿，占毅楠，等.海军某部官兵的自杀意念及相关因素J.中国心理卫生杂志，2
